Even Paul said he has to die daily. Everybody has free will, Christian or not. We all choose every day what we will do, whether we will follow Christ or not. If Christians didn't have free will, there would be no battle anymore.
Sir. Your suppressing the truth or you don't understand meat of Gods word. Election are chosen before foundation of world, and Predestined.
Ephesians chapter 1
1 Peter chapter 1
Romans chapter 8

Some people don't want to hear truth about the Election and Reprobates. Matthew chapter 13. Jesus tells his apostles Why he speaks in parables to people. Because mystery of God is hidden from them. Many people have Spirit of stupor.

The election have Holy Spirit. Those who have Spirit of stupor are carnal minded. The spiritual Christian can understand deep truth of Gods word. Holy Spirit reveals meat of Gods word, with understanding. Those who have Spirit of stupor can't comprehend. Its spiritually discerned.

1 Corinthians chapter 2
No, we declare Gods wisdom , a mystery that has been hidden before time began.
1:10
These are things God has revealed to us by his Spirit. Those who have free will don't have holy Spirit.

The Spirit searches all things of things, even deep things of God. 1:12. What we have received is not the Spirit of the world, but the Spirit who is from God, so that we may understand what God has freely given us.
1:14
The person without the Spirit the Spirit does not accept the thokgs of God but consider them foolish, and cannot understand them because they are discerned only through the Spirit.

Carnal minded people can't understand deep truth of Gods word. Romans chapter 11:7. What then? What the people of Israel sought so earnestly they did not obtain. The Elect among them did, but the others were blinded.
God gave them a Spirit of Stupor, eyes that could not see, and ears that could not hear. To this very day.

The election have Holy Spirit. They are predestined. Those who have free will have Spirit of stupor. No, not everyone has free will.

Take care.

I learned long ago there is no point arguing with them. The lure of being special is too strong. The idea that they are destined to be saved, therefore intrinsically better than those who are destined to be lost, gives them a powerful sense of superiority.

You'll never make them let go of the idea that they are better than other people. Just forget it.

Some people can't bear to hear the truth. Unbelievers naturally despise doctrine of the election. Including false brethren. God chose Abraham and not nahor. God chose Jacob and not Esua. David, and not his brother's.
Election occurred before foundation of the world, Ephesians chapter 1.

Election are called out of the world Romans chapter 8. Predestined verses free will. Those who insist that everyone has free will, come close to denying the sovereignty of God.
Romans chapter 8 and Ephesians chapter 1 teach Predestined and chosen before foundation of the world.

John chapter 16
Holy Spirit is needed to convict person of sin. Titus chapter 2:11, not everyone will be saved. Acts chapter 9. Jesus struck Paul down on road to Damascus. He was blind for 3 days. Ananias was sent ffom Jesus, to restore Paul's sight and give holy Spirit. Jesus gave Paul Holy Spirit. Paul is chosen vessel. To preach to Lost sheep of Israel, Jews, and Gentiles.

Isaiah chapter 6. Some people have Spirit of stupor. When man of God plants seeds. Those seeds can germinate if Jesus allows it. If we are spiritually dead, surely that impacts our decision making.
John 6:44. Unless God draws, no one can come to Christ for salvation. Holy Spirit draws Christian to Christ and sincere repentance. But we're not truly free, because we have constraints that shape our decision.

Predestination is biblical doctrine. God is sovereign over everything, including who is saved. God gave Israel Spirit of stupor, they hardened themselves to the truth. The election are humble. Some people resent them.

Romans chapter 9. God has the right to give or with hold understanding.

Sometimes I wish I didn't have free will because I feel so bad and so guilty when i mess up
Without all the times we have messed up and found ourselves not deserving of the love of God, it has made us who we are as Christians. My mess ups have made me who I am as a Christian and I don't think I would want to give up my mess ups.

I like the concept of Calvinism, no matter what actions I have taken or will take in the future, my actions have been predetermined by God to have occurred. My best action is to live the life according to my preordained path.

Have you seen our Bible discussion forum yet?

https://christianchat.com/bible-discussion-forum/

It was intended as a place to discuss theology and doctrine. It evolved into a place for people to yell at each other and say each other is not a real Christian.

I'm pretty sure you will feel right at home there. There are a few Calvinists there to agree with you, and lots of people who don't agree with Calvinism to argue with. You will have a lot of fun there, I guarantee it.

Sir. I talked down to no one or yell. I shared God's Truth and you spit on it. Because your not of Christ. You don't have holy Spirit. Like you're reprobate friends. Isaiah chapter 65.
False brethren are empty religion. And hate genuine faith.

I exposed you as fraud. Reprobates fight to the death to Suppress the truth. Reprobates go around passing heresy. I'm not on thread to argue. I tried to plant seed, and you hate the Truth. Reprobates deny reprobation, and in pride judge God unfair , and a divine despot. You hate God, the son and the election.

Romans chapter 9. Reprobates are vessels of Gods wrath, prepared for destruction. You know what side of the Gulf Reprobates will be on. Side of hell. It's holding place for the wicked until judgment Day. Isaiah chapter 13. Jesus is coming 7th Trump to take out garbage. You will have much Fun in hell.

I'm done with this thread.

I'm not only a fraud, but a reprobate too!

That would look great on my resume.

So far we have had first Trump. He is running a second time, but we don't yet know if we will get a second Trump. We are far away from the seventh one still.

You would definitely have a good time in the Bible discussion forum. You really should try it out. There's a lot of people there who talk just like you, always accusing each other of being fake Christians. Reprobate is one of their favorite words.

I think you're getting a little static on that holy line though, because I am a Pentecostal minister. Claiming I don't have the holy Spirit is a very poor shot. You may need to tune your spiritual perception a bit.
