There's not one mention of the will in any of those.
Please give all your verses extolling the virtues of free will. Or even one. Pshhh. There are none. Hypocrite.

And the devil has taken them captive to his will. Jeepers. The will is mentioned there. Are you lying also???

Are you blind to the fact that being a slave means you are not free? I guess you are. Tant pis.

For it is God who works in you to will and to act on behalf of His good purpose.

2 Chronicles 30:12
Moreover, the power of God was on the people in Judah to give them one heart to
obey the command of the king and his officials according to the word of the LORD.

Think of it as being perfect, unaltered, and unalterable in its essence at all times. It functions exactly the same pre-fall, post-fall, pre-regeneration, post-regeneration, pre-death, post-death, in heaven, or in hell.
I call heaven and earth to record this day against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing: therefore choose life, that both thou and thy seed may live: Deut 30:19 (KJV)
How can man's volition, which is situated in his corrupt vile heart be "perfect"? You're another one who seems to think that man's will is immune to our sin nature.

And how did did God's command in your quoted passage work out for the Israelites who for the most part were an apostate nation?

1 Corinthians 4:7b; John 3:27; Romans 9:15-16 What do you have that you did not receive? And if you did also receive it, why do you boast as not having received it? John replied, "A man can receive only that which is given him from heaven." "I will have mercy on whom I have mercy, and I will have compassion on whom I have compassion." So then, it does not depend on man's desire or effort, but on God's mercy.

He is once again denying what Scripture says and telling us the opposite of what Scripture does in fact say... loud and clear. Adam was created good, even very good. Now we are all born in or after Adam and are evil. We are by nature, that is to say via human nature, which we definitely inherited, children of wrath. Somehow in his mind, though, nothing changed. And we are to believe what he says over what Scripture says. But I am sticking with what Scripture says, and what Scripture teaches, not these people who push traditions of men.
You're being vile. Chill out.
You're being rude.

OH NO! God does FORCE his will on us! And look what this passage says:

Ezek 36:22-27
22 "Therefore, say to the house of Israel, 'Thus says the Lord GOD," It is not for your sake, O house of Israel, that I am about to act, but for My holy name, which you have profaned among the nations where you went. 23 "And I will vindicate the holiness of My great name which has been profaned among the nations, which you have profaned in their midst. Then the nations will know that I am the LORD," declares the Lord GOD, "when I prove Myself holy among you in their sight. 24 "For I will take you from the nations, gather you from all the lands, and bring you into your own land. 25 "Then I will sprinkle clean water on you, and you will be clean; I will cleanse you from all your filthiness and from all your idols. 26 "Moreover, I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit within you; and I will remove the heart of stone from your flesh and give you a heart of flesh. 27 "And I will put My Spirit within you and CAUSE you to walk in My statutes, and you will be careful to observe My ordinances.
NASB

Look at that! He did it again. God forcing his chosen, covenant robots to walk in his ways and obey him. Who would have ever thunk?

We'll just get more excuses, denials, and lies. And told we are vile for being honest and asking questions. Go figure.

When God works in you to will, your will remains your will.

So...you think man's will is immune to the power of sin even though man's heart is the fount of all evil (Jer 17:9; Gen 6:5; 8:21, Ps 51:5, etc.)?
How dare you be reasonable and exegete Scripture properly. The nerve!

I've never in my life have read such insane thoughts. JH, evidently, think that the will is somehow detached from man or that it's totally autonomous and immune to evil influences. Yet, scripture teaches that the will is situated in man's heart -- a heart that is desperately wicked, evil, corrupt, vile and hateful towards God and His Son.

When Solomon spoke of the "seven deadly sins", it's no wonder that the first sin mentioned is the sin of pride.

Perfectly. God's command was heard and responded to by people with sovereign wills.

The god of this age has blinded the minds of unbelievers so they cannot see the light of
the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God.
I wonder how when someone
is blind to something, which, let's face it, means they cannot see it at all, or comprehend it,
and finds the message connected to it foolishness, and is hostile in their minds toward the
One True God behind it all, and loves evil, and suppresses truth, and cannot come to God on
his own, being a slave of sin and unable to submit to God's law... I wonder how these people
who push "free will" think such a person suddenly decides to throw over their very human
nature and choose something he cannot even receive... some say without any help from God.

A spinster lady was asked why she never married. Well; she said: I've got a
hound that lays around the house all day, a stove that smokes, and a bird
that cusses. What do I need a man for?
