I don't have that on either browser, just the 3 sec msg plague on MS that just started with the blank 'reaction' bar.

Yes, and that's from the host called Cloudflare.
It's common, unless the site owner pays for a dedicated server for high availability.
This site is on a server with many other sites, that's how the host makes money.
The price is cheap in this config, but the price can get very high on a dedicated server because then they won't allow many other pages on the same server. It's only you and maybe a dozen other people, that's why it's called "High Availability".

Now this virus like pop-up is not letting me post any reacts and keeps repeating to wait 2-3 seconds. I've contacted 2 Mods, in the meantime has anyone found a way to get around this pop-up message? TIA

Most times it clears for me after a couple or few attempts, but if it doesn't, I just give up (LOL) and give a thumb's up, which is a reaction I rarely have given otherwise. Another thing you can do is piggy back on someone else's reaction, but of course, the one you want has to already be there for you to do that by clicking it and adding yours to it. If you are the first or the one you want is not already there you are out of luck...
