To my knowledge remorse isn't essential, whereas anxiety is very definitely
the cat's meow.

body and after that can do no more. But I will show you whom you should
fear: fear Him who, after the killing of the body, has power to throw you into
Hell. Yes, I tell you, fear Him.
OBJECTION: I have no use for a religion of fear!
REPLY: Fear will make you look both ways before crossing a street. Fear will
make you careful where you sit down in rattlesnake country. Fear will make
you wash your hands after shoveling cow manure. Fear will make you wear
a face shield when using a grinding machine. Fear will make you lock the
doors when leaving your car unattended. In other words; sometimes fear is
your first line of defense.
