So what is this really mean? Say you’re a Roman Catholic and you do believe in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior but you’re also following a bunch of man-made fake doctrines…
FAITH (Heb 11:1) (ROmans 10:17) is what get it done. Catolics claim that"BElief" and "FAITH" are the same thing, but BIBLICALLY they're NOT. YOU have to hold on to, and defend "Belief", but FAITH holds on to you.
Fake doctrines are collateral issues, but FAITH in the SIN OFFERING of Jesus on the cross to cleanse you from SIN, is the single most IMPORTANT issue (Eph 2:8,9). If your FAITH is in Jesus plus nothing else, to get you "Heaven ready", you're good to go regardless of other peripheral issues.
CAtholic hang ups like: "Eucharist", "Baptism", "Confession to a priest", "Purgatorial Sanctification", "Marianism (up to a point)", "Canonized saints", etc. are nothing but "Background noise". The IMPORTANT ISSUE is FAITH IN JESUS' SIN OFFERING which makes you born again.
