Prayer request- panick attacks

Hi everyone,
Please pray for me, this last few months I've been having panic attacks at work and college. It's getting worse and worse, and i don't now what to do. I'm afraid of losing my job, i can't focus anymore on anything. I had to leave college because of this. My anxiety is very bad right now, and i feel hopeless and depressed. I'm afraid of everything, and i can't sleep. I also noticed that I've been attacked in my dreams. A few nights ago, i had sleep paralysis, and i'm having nightmares also.

I highly encourage you to see a local mental health provider, as they can be of great assistance to you. My sister used to heve panic attacks, and many other forms of mental anxiety, but thru prayer, and a good counselor and a mental health doctor she is well now, and can function adequately. They are all different, so I pray that God will lead you to the right one. These things all have their roots in anxiety, and it can be overcome. I will try to post some scriptures that will help.

A trip to the doctors and your lifestyle, alcohol can also cause problems of this nature. sometimes just a blood test to see if your thyroid is ok etc.

I know how you feel and it is not hopeless.
I have had a similar state of being, but not so much that panic part, but rather ongoing for months. However, improvement can and has occurred.
It can for you too.

I just read the marginal notes in my Bible study of >Mark 13:12<. It was a literal event that occurred when my half brother killed my Mom. He talked to the Dr about putting her down like a dog at the pound and that's what they did. According to the state, that's a sanctioned killing if I understand right: But NOT with God! This and a number of other things occured in short order and has taken a toll upon my health with chronic stress and malnutrition .

My health and happiness has been on hold for a season, but I still try to help others with theirs. Is there an event or series of events that have led to you feeling this way. Don't feel obligated to talk about it publicly if you don't want to. No pressure.

This is my ministry as is sharing the best news of the greatest reason to have joy. I'm saying all this to let you know that there is help. It doesn't usually happen instantaneous though. God works through His Word, so get into your king James Bible morning to start your day and evening to wind down before sleep. Start there right now after you read this. Get a weekly planner to keep track of your progress, take notes and develop that good habit that is essential.
