No sane human being on planet earth thinks that this has happened since the Resurrection and Ascension. It is NOWHERE in recorded history. NO GENTILE RULER (or any earthly ruler) has ever confirmed ANY 7 year covenant with the nation Israel. Or the Church for that matter.
