I think the New Testament is repeat with proof God chooses whom he will save.

Besides Jesus preaching the same thing in his earthly ministry as the father made flesh, there is the reason why we can't elect to understand and therefore believe the Gospel. 1 Corinthians 2.:14
But we do it all the time..

God elects a multitude to be saved,
the others are "passed" over to remain with their love of sin.
YES! ... This is the crux of the whole matter:
God chooses to bless (save) some,
while leaving the rest to their own devices
and suffer the justice of God.

As the OP explains ... God has His reasons
for blessing (saving) some of fallen humanity.
#1 it shows His mercy and grace (unmerited favor)
as being a major part of His character.

There is a dismissive brand , Calvinism, that the enemy manipulates in this world so to continue to blind natural fed minds.

It's not their fault,it is their natural consciousness, worldly, condition.

Everytime Calvinism is stamped onto Christs Gospel 1Corinthians 2:14 is reiterated as truth.
So calvinism, Fatalism is truth?

Hello GWH,
1] God has never intended to save every person ever born. The bible clearly does not teach that.
It does not mean he does not WANT everyone to be saved., The bible DOES teach this
2] when he says all men, it means not the jew only, it means Kings, those in authority, young ,old, gentiles, all manner of sinners
yes, All means all, everyone, elect or non elect
3] Where does the bible claim God predestines men to hell? God elects a multitude to be saved, the others are "passed" over to remain with their love of sin.
ie, hell is their destination and it was predetermined in the fact God passed them over
4] Why would you suggest Paul must be lying, when in truth it would seem you have not studied this issue out?
or has he?

Did Noah seek out God? Abraham? Moses? Did Adam suggest to God that He should sacrifice an animal on his behalf or make a covering for him? Adam, in fact, did just the opposite. He provided his own covering and hid from God.
All relationships with God are initiated by God, whether in the natural or spiritual realm.
would they still not need saved even if God did nto initiate?

if they did nto need to be saved, then there would be no need for God to try to draw us.

Yet you said it was applied to Adam and Eve and that they were therefore saved.
I believe they were saved.
Yet you said it was applied to Adam and Eve and that they were therefore saved.
I've obviously not been able to convey my understanding on the subject to your satisfaction. I do believe Adam and Eve were saved, and that due to the imputed righteousness of Christ and His shed blood.

Jesus explained to Nicodemus that a man has to be born again in order to see the kingdom of God. Being born again means that you are in a different state of being. John 1: 13 Who were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, not of the will of man, but of God. When Christ baptizes you with the Holy Spirit, you receive a portal through which both Father and Son enter your being and fill you with love for God first and all others as you love yourself. When you are filled with this love, you have been perfected because you will automatically be thinking and acting out of love. Being born again occurs by the will of God in order for us to be able to obey the Spirit of the Law (upon which the letter of the Law is based) as commanded by Jesus. The fruit of the Spirit is love. You don't have to do anything because everything will come naturally. That is what people have trouble understanding.

It just seems contradictory to say the blood of Christ was applied to A&E when you also say it was not implemented or consummated before the world was formed, simply because God covered them with animal skins, which was an interim measure foreshadowing the blood of Christ for the forgiveness of sins. Also, there is nothing denoting A&E's repentance in Scripture. If they were saved before they started having children, why were their children born as children of wrath? And why boot them from the garden so they could not eat also from the tree of Life if they were already saved? It just doesn't really add up, and it seems you are adding things to Scripture which are just not there.
Salvation is consummated in space and time. So while it was in one regard accomplished before the
foundation of the world, it was not implemented or consummated before the world was formed.

you ever think it might be because everything you say lines up completely with calvinism? or fatalism?
Then I have done a poor job of explaining or you of listening or some of both.

The Bible says that anyone who calls upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. It also says that no one calls Jesus Lord except by the Holy Spirit. How do you reconcile these verses?

Let me try it this way. Do you believe Adam and Eve were saved?

I believe they were saved.
That is NOT what you said....24 hours ago.
Did you want me to repost your comments? Cuz I will.
In fact, after I eat my bfast, I think that I will take care of it.
Just to keep you honest man.

So what's your game now? Moving the goalposts? Playing whack-a-mole with your Calvinista doctrine?
Shell and pea? Three card Monte?

And your statement that no man did, could, have, or desired to seek God.....is absolutely outrageous.
On the contrary God MADE A LIST of these men who DID seek God (and find Him) and HONORED them.
As well as honoring many others spoken of in Scripture like Daniel and his friends.

Calvinites always blow it as regards these critical matters.

For them, its all about forced conceptions (Mary), shotgun weddings (Church), and pre-programming the masses to condemnation.

Easily. Very very easily, and already been done. Over and over again.

And how do you respond? Deny the whole thing, and reboot the argument from the beginning.
Over and over again. What a joke.

Fortunately, the joke is not on me. Lucky me huh?

So refresh my memory. Answer the question. I know you wouldn't want to become weary in well doing.

I do not believe that the shedding of animal blood saved Adam and Eve any more than the blood of bulls and goats saved anyone.

From Hebrews 10:1, 4, and 1 Corinthians 5:7
