1. God works in all things including who is placed in power. He allows the Jews to elect a king despite his warning not to. Well God still worked in it (King David) and others.

2. True

3. Some yes, some no. A party is a mixture of people. Some good, some bad. There are good Christians in politics.

4. The Bible has commands for good government. Power isn't necessarily a bad thing when held by just people. You can love while equally being just.

5. True but also in context of what God allows with government.

6. True

7. True

8. Context? Are we talking about allowing false teachings or grievous sins to infest the church?

9. Sure but we must define Christian as those who follow Christ and His commands. A church that twists this or cherry picks is not following the Christ of the Bible.

10. Both are important when things are aligned Biblically. To lose on the life issue means death for millions of unborn children. That isn't very loving.

J.D. Vance is Catholic, like Joe Biden, Nancy Pelosi (Speaker of the House), as well as 2/3 of the Supreme Court.

"Two-thirds of the current Supreme Court were raised in the Catholic faith, though Catholics make up only about 20 percent of the U.S. population. (Catholics are also overrepresented on Capitol Hill: 31 percent of the 115th Congress, when sworn in last year, identified as Catholic.)"

If you don't think this guy has influence in the U.S., you are sleeping behind the wheel.

"Infallibility refers to the theological concept that the one, holy, catholic, and apostolic Church is not only free from error, but also free from the possibility of error when clearly defining a matter of faith or morals. The implicit doctrine was first explained by the First Vatican Council in 1870:

“When the Roman Pontiff speaks ex cathedra, that is, when in exercising his office as shepherd and teacher of all Christians he defines with his supreme apostolic authority that a doctrine on faith and morals is to be held by the whole Church, through the divine assistance promised him in the person of Saint Peter, he enjoys that infallibility with which the divine Redeemer wished to endow his Church in defining a doctrine on faith and morals.” – Vatican Council I: DS 3074"

America is becoming more and more Catholic, and Trump is a big part of that.

I think this is a great concern, but maybe I'm just conspiracy theorist, or a Protestant.

Let's not forget that there are also approximately 90 - 100 members of Congress who hold dual citizenship with Israel. They aren't conspiracy theories, more like spoiler alerts.

There are only two ex cathedra dogmas and they both concern Mary.

Neither has any Biblical support whatsoever, either.

Things like that simply do not matter to popes.
