TWO YEARS!

Trump and the Republicans have two years to accomplish something beneficial to the American people. Just as they had during Trumps first Term. If they do not do better than the last time, come the Mid Term Elections, they will probably lose one or both of the Houses of Congress.

All the promises Trump made this Election cycle were also made in the first. From what I have seen, less than 50% were actually fulfilled. The ones that were came by the Senate forcing certain actions through with the Nuclear Option.

Time will tell...........

They control the Whitehouse, the Congress, the Senate, the Supreme court and X. Therefore there is no reason to believe they will not undo everything the globalists have tried to do. So then, instead of Trump having 2 years I would say the globalists have 2 months. Do you remember their complaints about Trump appointing a Supreme court judge prior to the election? I think the things they will try to do now that Kamala has lost will further expose their hypocrisy.

I watched part of his talk with Tucker Carlson, he is such a bloviating oaf ... I chuckled at your comment because I can relate, it is worrisome to think he is the leader of the USA, not so much about domestic policy but I worry what he will do on the world stage.
Yeah I know right? His record of no new wars and historic peace deals have me real worried too.

What world do you two live on? Is it the higher wages or lower prices coming that make you the most mad? You know what I don't care. Enjoy your worry in a better country for you and your family. (rolls eyes and slowly shakes head)

I am not mad.

However, I do agree that the theory of offensive realism is correct and other countries may get a little tired of all the sanctions that the USA decides to impose on them unilaterally.
What business was it of the USA to place sanctions on Russia building a pipeline to Germany so they could have cheaper natural gas.
You think the benefit goes to the working class in America, think again, almost 60% live pay check to pay check.

This has been in the making for decades, wealth floating upward and destroying the middle class, you think Trump can fix it, time will tell. I myself prefer to wait and see.

Fair enough and I shouldn't get too ahead of myself either, but I am going by what he did the first time, so it's not just blind trust and optimism. What I am very happy about is that is wasn't her that won, because we can take her record and what Dems have been doing the last 4 years and imagine what 4 more years of that would look like, and I honestly wouldn't want to be in that situation and am very thankful I'm not. That was my main point, these aren't two unknowns and you're right we will see. Just like we saw who won.

I am more concerned about who will have Trump's ear and from whom he will take advice, over Trump himself.
He is a moderate mostly, but I think he is easily persuaded, if he puts Pompeo in as part of his team I will be worried.

During Trump's speech he said the slogan for the next four years would be promises made, promises kept.

1. Starting day 1 they have to get rid of lawfare. Fire the independent counsels that were using the lawfare and clean up the entire DOJ/FBI corrupt system.

2. He promised to secure the border and he also promised to deport the illegals who are here and acting as criminals.

3. He said the reason he didn't lock up Hillary in his first term is because she was a first lady. Forget that. If she is a criminal she needs to be locked up, just like all the pedophiles on Epstein Island and the Diddy parties,
Well, he has a mandate to do what he promises. I hope he doesn't hold back.

The bit of hope I have is that Trump recognizes he appointed some alligators to "drain the swamp" on the JRE podcast. Joe asked him what his biggest mistake was, and he said that it was appointing several people that he didn't know (at the time) were bad. He has to be better about picking people that he surrounds himself with. Fair point on your part though.

Meanwhile, Kamala said she couldn't think of anything she'd do differently... but that she doesn't align herself with Joe and thus, the last 4 years won't be indicative of the next 4 years if she is president. lol

I do think he is being genuine about how he misjudged.

But, I can say this to you because you are aware, :) he also is beholden to certain people who poured money into his campaign and they would not be people who are sympathetic to the plight of the Palestinians over the past 75 years, they want to build resorts.
