And all things were finished before His death, burial and resurrection? You are confusing the things that He had to complete in His physical life on earth with the overall plan of God that is not completed until the events of Rev 22.
Those things had not been unsealed yet when Jesus said all things had been completed.

And I saw in the right hand of him that sat on the throne a book written within and on the backside, sealed with seven seals. And I saw a strong angel proclaiming with a loud voice, Who is worthy to open the book, and to loose the seals thereof? Revelation 5:1-2
And I beheld, and, lo, in the midst of the throne and of the four beasts, and in the midst of the elders, stood a Lamb as it had been slain, having seven horns and seven eyes, which are the seven Spirits of God sent forth into all the earth. And he came and took the book out of the right hand of him that sat upon the throne. Revelation 5:6-7

Can you point to the verse that God established His New Covenant on better laws? God already defined His commandments Exo 20:6 which He said in the New Covenant He writes His law in our heart Heb 8:10
Hebrews 7:19
For the Law made nothing perfect; on the other hand, there is the introduction of a better hope,
through which we come near to God.

Hebrews 8:6
But now He has obtained a more excellent ministry, to the extent that He is also the mediator of
a better covenant, which has been enacted on better promises.

What was the old covenant?

Hebrews 9:4
Having a golden altar of incense and the ark of the covenant covered on all sides with gold, in which
was a golden jar holding the manna, Aaron’s staff which budded, and the tablets of the covenant.

The tablets of stone was the basis of the old covenant, the book of the law, the ten commandments.

The old covenant has passed, the tablets of broken stone, the old covenant have now passed.

Not the letter of the law but the Spirit.

All righteousness was definitely fulfilled at the cross. That's what he was referring to
Actually that is not what He was referring to...

Mat 5:17 "Do not think that I came to destroy the Law or the Prophets. I did not come to destroy but to fulfill.
Mat 5:18 For assuredly, I say to you, till heaven and earth pass away, one jot or one tittle will by no means pass from the law till all is fulfilled.
Mat 5:19 Whoever therefore breaks one of the least of these commandments, and teaches men so, shall be called least in the kingdom of heaven; but whoever does and teaches them, he shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven.

Notice that those who break the least of the commandments or teach others to break them "the Law is done away" or" the Law was nailed to the cross" are called least by those who are in the Kingdom.. It doesn't mean they will be in the Kingdom.

Mat 24:35 Heaven and earth will pass away, but My words will by no means pass away.

Which prophecies are you referring to?

The prophecies in the Old Testament regarding the messiah?

You cannot be talking about N.T prophecies because the N.T did not exist when the
gospels were written.

That was said to those who were still under the law

Your dead right about that.

The purpose of the law was to straighten our understanding of how crooked
our lives really are. The law illustrates our sin it does not redeem or improve us.

Jesus' words will never pass away, not Moses' words. We won't even think about the 10 commandments when perfection comes. Do you see them mentioned in the revelation?

I will raise them up a Prophet from among their brethren, like unto thee, and will put my words in his mouth; and he shall speak unto them all that I shall command him. And it shall come to pass, that whosoever will not hearken unto my words which he shall speak in my name, I will require it of him. Deuteronomy 18:18-19
For, behold, I create new heavens and a new earth: and the former shall not be remembered, nor come into mind. Isaiah 65:17

We have no parents in heaven so the command to honor our parents, is not eternal.

We cannot commit adultery in heaven because there is no marriage in heaven, that is not eternal either.

We cannot covet thy neighbors whipper snipper in heaven because that is not an eternal commandment.

It's why we see 7 holy spirits before the throne instead of 10 earthly commandments. 10 commandments written on our hearts is just figurative language for the indwelling holy spirit

You may not think about His Commandments but those who inherit eternal life will...

Rev 22:11 He who is unjust, let him be unjust still; he who is filthy, let him be filthy still; he who is righteous, let him be righteous still; he who is holy, let him be holy still."
Rev 22:12 "And behold, I am coming quickly, and My reward is with Me, to give to every one according to his work.
Rev 22:13 I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End, the First and the Last."
Rev 22:14 Blessed are those who do His commandments, that they may have the right to the tree of life, and may enter through the gates into the city.

What city? Back up a little in Rev...

Rev 21:1 Now I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away. Also there was no more sea.
Rev 21:2 Then I, John, saw the holy city, New Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.

Rev 21:7 He who overcomes shall inherit all things, and I will be his God and he shall be My son.
Rev 21:8 But the cowardly, unbelieving, abominable, murderers, sexually immoral, sorcerers, idolaters, and all liars shall have their part in the lake which burns with fire and brimstone, which is the second death."

Rev 21:9 Then one of the seven angels who had the seven bowls filled with the seven last plagues came to me and talked with me, saying, "Come, I will show you the bride, the Lamb's wife."
Rev 21:10 And he carried me away in the Spirit to a great and high mountain, and showed me the great city, the holy Jerusalem, descending out of heaven from God,

This then continues into Rev 22 where we read

Rev 22:14 Blessed are those who do His commandments, that they may have the right to the tree of life, and may enter through the gates into the city.

The Ten Commandments and the Sabbath was not, is not just for the Jews. Do you have any idea how many references there are to the Ten Commandments, the Laws and the Sabbath just in the NT. you are misinterpreting (Col 2:16-17) He is talking to the Jews and believers telling them not to let unbelievers judge them for keeping the Commandments, his Laws. The blood sacrifice is the old mosaic Law, Moses Law. Jesus was / is our sacrificial lamb. That did not abolish the Ten Commandments. They are gods law not in any part of The old mosaic or Moses Law. Q: If the Ten Commandments are done away with why are the commanded in the NT over and over and why did God say all flesh will come to worship him from one Sabbath to another on the newly created earth?
What verse discusses the newly created earth?

You stated," The requirements of Sabbath observance have been transferred to the first day of the week (the Christian Sabbath)." Show me this in the Bible, there has never been a transference of The True Sabbath to Sunday except by the Roman Catholic Church. and even they say that is not by any Scripture but by their own authority. From Creation God said he set one specific day apart from the rest and blessed it sanctified if and hallowed it, that day would be the 7th day of the week not the first. *The Protestant reformation, *Constine and Sun worship, *The Roman Catholic Church, all had to do with the Sunday worship that is observed today, it has nothing to do with Scripture. Organized Sunday worship is not Biblical, it is a counterfeit, a golden calf.
"He that saith, I know him, and keepeth not his Commandments, is a liar and the truth is not in him." (1 John 2:4)
Q: Is tradition greater than Scripture?
Love & Peace Danny
I read that about half of the world has Sunday as the first day of the week and the other half has Monday as the first day of the week. If you live somewhere that society recognizes Monday as the first day of the week, would Sunday be the 7th day?

He is talking to the Jews and the believers, telling them not to let anyone, non-believers judge them in these things. To hold fast to their beliefs and in keeping the Sabbath holy.
Are there verses that state how to keep the Sabbath day holy?

Thank you
Yeh; Sabbatarians should always be capitalized ... lol
seriously, thanks for your reply.
I do truly believe we are living in the last days and want to reach as many people as we can.
Have you read the book from Genesis to Revelations?

I agree that we worship God every day of the week even Sundays, but that by no means that Sunday is the day we should go to church in recognition of the Sabbath. With the history of where Sunday worship came from and not being supported by scripture, I do call it a counterfeit. In the end time we are warned about a one world government, one world currency and a one world religion (that will be forced Sunday observance)
Where are you getting all this information from?

Moses did not speak the 10 commandments.

God did.

Exo 20:1 And God spake all these words, saying,......

Deu 5:4The LORD talked with you face to face in the mount out of the midst of the fire,......

The people were afraid and didn't like it The 10 commandments are not Moses' laws, they are God's laws.

Love thy neighbor didn't go undefined Rom 13:9 and Christ said a lot more than that, including not a jot or tittle of His law would pass, but you dismissed that because I guess you know better than He. I guess we will all find out soon enough.
Keep on displaying your ignorance. The Law indeed stands forever. However, It applies to the living, not the dead. Through the law I died to the law so that I might live to Christ. (Galatians 2:19). No one prosecutes a dead person. Oh, except you, perhaps. Or you try. I was raised to new life in Christ and I live in the New Covenant. You claim to be saved yet you speak as one who is not yet. The Law was put in charge of us to lead us to Christ. I came to Christ. You should try it sometime.
