Sorry, i have to disagree. When Christ died on the cross and was in <death> whatever that may be Jesus took the keys of hell and death from lucifer. Because hell/death could no longer hold Him. Lord God Almighty raised him from the dead, for all to see and believe His testimony. So NO! the devil ain't in control, he wants you to think he is but to trample him under foot all you have to say is Jesus!

I disagree. AMil causes one to symbolism prophesy. and not take it literally. That is why in all my studies, Amill has been found to have the LEAST scriptural support. I have seen nothing in the past few weeks which would change my mind. in fact if nothing else. I have grown my sure in premillenialsim.

Yep. I am sure Hitler. Musolini and all the many many anti God, anti anything good people who have been influenced by satan believed that to. Not to mention the many many countries in which the church is under sever persecution. even to the point of even admiting your a Christian imposes an automatic death penalty. Yep. Satan has no power (rolls eyes)
No one has control of your life (unless you are under a dictatorship) Yet people follow others in a world of sin all the time. People may be empowered to not listen to satan. does not mean they will not. If satan was dead and had no control. there would be no more spiritual battles now would there?

Luckily we dont use the definition of 'bound' according to EG but rather the bibles description.

BINDING:

(Revelation 20:8) And shall go out to deceive the nations which are in the four quarters of the earth, Gog and Magog, to gather them together to battle: the number of whom is as the sand of the sea.
(Revelation 20:9) And they went up on the breadth of the earth, and compassed the camp of the saints about, and the beloved city: and fire came down from God out of heaven, and devoured them.

I am amazed at how many people who want to make satan like God. Satan is no more omnipresent than mary is. Mary can not hear me pray in the U.S. and a catholic pray in Europe because mary is not omnipresent.
Satan can not be tempting EG in the U.S. and tempting Stranglove wherever he is. because satain is limited to on place. He uses his army to do his dirty work. he gives them orders. like any commander of a military does.
Just like Gariel was stopped for a time to answer a prayer of Daniels. because he was held up. are we saying satan has more power then gabriel where he can be all places at once?
