I found this verse and it really touched my heart. Ephesians 4:32 Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you.

I believe that this is the foundation of the Christian faith. In doing so (forgiving, etc.), we are abiding by Jesus commandment to "love your neighbor as yourself".
