“Blessed is the one who reads aloud the words of this prophecy, and blessed are those who hear it and take to heart what is written in it, because the time is near.”
Yup it's true exactly as it is written, and the words of that book shall come true, blessed in Jesus are those that read aloud and believe that prophecy. Not really much else to say.

I know you're talking about just the one verse, but isn't it referring to all the prophecies in the entire book of Revelation? That's the way I understood that verse.
Anyway, I think God had this verse included at the beginning of the book of Revelation to encourage people to read and listen to this book!
SO MANY PEOPLE are AFRAID to read it. So God wants to let potential readers and listeners know right off the bat that they will be blessed if they do so.
Well for starters it's easier to obtain the vision and understand the prophecy even. Then of course you know about the spoiler alert curse written then at the end of the book that you will literally pronounce upon yourself too.

God withholds nothing from us that will make eternity greater for us, and gives us nothing that will make it less for us.
God's blessings are both material and spiritual, but it's good to remember that having nothing greater to give Abraham, God said that He would be his reward.

As said whoever takes this to heart, will be given and get, yet fought to not get it by evil as we do or have gone or are going through troubles presently
Can we continue and not quit belief to one day see through it all or not?
It is up to each person personally, not a group of people, thank you

Anointing is not free. If we are to carry more grace then God will make us worthy of it. Often, especially in some circles, people don’t know what they’re asking when they ask for more anointing. Because of His mercy, His answer is often “no”.

Simply, like Jesus, we learn obedience by the things we suffer. This requires experience, using what we have been given righteously. This is why leadership in the church (as seen in scripture) tends to be older people: they have experience walking with the Lord as evidenced by their conduct and relationships.
If you desire a specific anointing desire it but know that the Lord will make you worthy of it by bringing specific challenges into your life.
Generally what we need is greater knowledge and understanding of God and His ways. As we come to understand more of who God actually is versus who we think He is, and the better we understand both how and why God does things as He does, the less we will resist the things He is doing in our lives and the more we will enjoy and cooperate with the things He is doing.
