A quick introduction, just to get started. Saint Paul under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit called himself the "Chief of Sinners". And I, under no illusion as to my own status call myself the "Manasseh" of the Church. The "Manasseh" moniker is due to me, as a Christian, having broken all the commandments and rules that should define us as believers. Paul was a sinner before his conversion due to ignorance. I sinned out of self-love after accepting Christ as my Saviour. How much lower can you get? But as Manasseh was forgiven, so was and am I. Though trust me, the consequences I live with are not fun. As even King David found out, consequences do not go away.

Anyway, what a way to join a group. Fellowship is what I seek, and I pray, fellowship is what I will give. Blessings and Peace through Christ to all here.

I am not sure what kind of self love you are talking about but I am glad you are apart of the fellowship and look forward to showing you love, care and respect.

Thank you, ForgiveMeGod, for your post and welcome. The self-love I refer was believing what I wanted was more important than what Christ commanded; not that we are under Law, but I even put myself above His Grace. That is what I meant. But "Alleluia. Praise the Lord, for he is good: for his mercy endures for ever." Ps 136:1

Trust me, I’m dealing with the same repercussions at the moment and there is no going back and fixing it. Definitely a painful learning experience but we must press on regardless of out past sin. God forgave us and we are here now, so enjoy, learn and fellowship. You are going to come across a lot of all-stars here and we can’t wait to grow with you.
