Eat a variety of fruits, vegetables and whole grains every day.

Limit foods and drinks high in calories, sugar, salt, fat and alcohol.

Eat a balanced diet to help keep a healthy weight.

Good Luck!

Make America Healthy Again.
Here is RFK Jr List so far:

1. Get the chemicals out of food.
Beautiful and thank you!

2. Reducing unhealthy and processed foods in federal programs
No brainier. Thank you.

3. Curbing the influence of drugmakers
Can't wait for this. I would like to see a ban of those drug maker commercials, like Europe has a ban on them already.

4. Promoting alternatives to drugs.
Amen! Do the whole holistic approach if you can.

5. Informed choices on vaccines.
Very moderate and respectable for all the people who want to take vaccines or for those who don't want to take them.

6. Opposing water fluoridation.
Sure, why not? See what happens.

I'm going to urge President Trump on day one to do the same thing they did in COVID, which is to declare a national emergency, but not for infectious disease, but for chronic disease," Kennedy said on Sept. 26.

I think this is a very good list and very reasonable. Looking forward to it. (y)
Points 1 through 4 are my favorites.

I am hopeful that a lot will happen, because the left has been pushing a lot over the past 10 years too.
So i don't see a reason why a lot can't happen or be reversed especially with a trifecta win of the Republican party.

RFK Jr lays in to Donald Trump's love of fast food branding it 'really bad - poison' as he is tipped for West Wing role as health advisor

Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has slammed Donald Trump's love of fast food, including McDonald's, describing the food he eats as 'poison' and 'really bad.'

https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/ar...th-advisor.html?ico=article_preview_xp_mobile

I hope that Trump is man enough to accept the advice of his people and disagreements.
Because it doesn’t take a genius to know that McDonald’s food is bad for you.

This looks promising. RFK wants to treat processed foods like tabacco and ban them.
I hope it happens.

There was been an increase in cancers in young people due to this exact problem. Processed food and sugary drinks like sodas.
Ban them !

Absolutely.
A lot of chemicals and preservatives they use in US are banned in Europe so I’m happy to see this initiative and I hope we get some real change.

As someone who was heavily into ketogenic diet and intermittent fasting for a time, I truly hope they would implement that everywhere in the US and specifically where I live.

All my family buys is junk, processed sugary foods. After a while I just gave in and became like them.

They twisted his rubber arm, looks like...
Maybe. Politics is always dirty but if this administration honors half of what they said in the campaign then it's a win.
With politicians nowadays as soon as they get your vote then it's bye-bye i never knew you.

So far things look good in the language department aka trans and woke agenda. That is what's most important to me.
Because people have literally lost their minds and everyone plays along which is why we are where we are in terms of rhetoric in America season 13.
A buddy of mine who lives in Connecticut told me that at his daughter's school they bought a cage because one of the students there identifies as a cat and she meows during the class.
I mean, the movie Idiocracy doesn't fully capture the insanity that we're living through.

Yeah, not sure what to make of that.
Politics is dirty is the word.
Meaning that there may be special interests there that cannot be betrayed like McDonald's. And if they can't be betrayed, who else can't be betrayed?
I wish men kept and honored their word but in politics that's a tall order.

Yes I think so too Bob.
It’s a pastel painting using the dry brush technique circa November 16 2024.
