Yes, they did not HAVE to suppress the truth, but they are without excuse because they freely and unrighteously chose to do so, and thus they will reap the just consequences of that decision in hell.
Why does any of that mean that we should not express the biblical truth that people's eyes are opened and their ears are opened and their hearts/sinful natures are circumcised? That they are made alive while they are yet dead in their sins?

The truth I stated does not mean we should not express the truth you stated, because both are true without contradiction via noting the role of volition so that God's righteous judgment is not impugned.

I did not see in that rather lengthy list any mention of God opening the eyes of the blind and the ears of the deaf that they may see, hear, and rightly understand the glorious news of Jesus Christ... rightly understand because their heart has been changed, while being brought to life and out from under the will of the devil. Oy. To hear some speak the will of the devil is that you believe in God.

Luke 4:18-19 The Spirit of the Lord is on Me, because He has anointed Me to preach good news to the poor. He has sent Me to proclaim liberty to the captives and recovery of sight to the blind, to release the oppressed, 19to proclaim the year of the Lord’s favor.
deep, wide and high to truly see new and be willing to see new from God alone, the Father of the risen Son that heals, does not steal, cares righteously for us all, no mater how another might view it, either being for self gain somehow or for God's love and mercy to all for all and through all
Beleive God, receive from God and be new in God, not the self thank you

I do not see a paradox nor contradiction, no one is made alive until they meet the condition that God sets... "through faith."

"Dead in sins" is an idiomatic expression, it does equate to being unable to respond to the Gospel message, if that were true "through faith" is no longer the responsibility of the hearer and the condition God sets, faith is the condition throughout all of scripture.

It is a matter of sequence.

everyone has Faith, yet what is the Faith one speaks o f in? Is it the death or the resurrection or both, or is it even of Son at all?
Faith has an object, not to objerct, just facing reality as seeing it, thanks

Yes we place our faith in many places in life. The one that results in the gift of eternal life/salvation is to place one's faith/trust in Jesus and His work on one's behalf.
