I’m finding God and Love are interchangeable… synonyms.. of course I’m speaking of amazing powerful uncompromising holy pure Love that never changes…
not human superficial love… that is never constant.. love you one day and not the next…
I would argue that hate can sometimes in the Bible mean not prefer, or love less. I will provide one example:

Matthew 10:37
“Anyone who loves their father or mother more than me is not worthy of me; anyone who loves their son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me.

Luke 14:26
“If anyone comes to Me and does not hate his father and mother and wife and children and brothers and sisters—yes, even his own life—he cannot be My disciple.
