The word the prophet used is Hebrew: "DaViD". It is not necessarily used as a name, but can be an adjective. You are assuming it was meant as a name in every case you listed.
In my Bible the Strong's Hebrew number STRONGS H1732: occurs 1,076 times, and it is translated David 1,076 times

The age of the Law is over. It was completed with the rejection of the Messiah. There is no physical Temple, there is no King, there is no sacrifice, there is no priest. We are now in the age of the Gentile, where there is no Jew or Gentile. When the age of the Gentile is over, there will be the age where the Jew's eyes will be open, and they will have no need of a teacher. The two kingdoms will become one.
Do you even read anything in the bible besides OT prophecies? Everything has been transferred to heaven: king, sacrifice, high priest. We are the temple of God that is being built. When it is complete the age of the nations will be over and Christ will return in flaming fire with his resurrected people to take vengeance on his enemies

Our definition of New Covenant is not the same. I take mine from Jeremiah 31:31 and Hebrews, where it actually says and describes the new covenant.

Only with the understanding that this is a Jewish book written to the Jews, with the exception of some of the writings of Paul, can you begin to make sense of it.
Now why didn't I think of that. And you obviously haven't read Isaiah very well. Read chapter 61 to start. Jesus said He actually fulfilled it in the hearing of the people He was addressing...Luke 4:16-21.
You do realize the new covenant is revealed in Genesis 3,4,6,12, etc?

Yes, Jesus proclaimed the acceptable year of the Lord, but the Jew rejected it. They rejected the Lord. The everlasting covenant has not started for the Jew. The promise was to the Jew. God turned to the Gentile, but the Jew sits as an orphan, waiting for their eyes to be opened, and the knowledge of God in their hearts.

This is an odd response given that you said earlier that I needed to understand that the Bible was written to a Jewish audience. Also since the early church was predominantly Jewish.

You really need to stop fixating so much on eschatology and spend time learning how to walk in the spirit. You really have no spiritual discernment when it comes to eschatology, so basically your efforts here are wasted effort.

I would agree with you that David is dead in this age, but what about the age to come?
David, like all true Christians, will attain to a bodily resurrection, but there is nothing in scripture which indicates that he will preside as a king or shepherd at that time.
Eze 34:23 And I will set up one shepherd over them, and he shall feed them, even my servant David; he shall feed them, and he shall be their shepherd.
David's own testimony was that the Lord is his shepherd, so this one shepherd could not possibly be David himself. Of course, Jesus identified himself as being the good shepherd as well.

On occasion I read the New Testament.

Have you read where Paul said the eyes of the Jews are blinded until the fulness of the Gentiles comes in?

Have you read where Paul said, be not high minded? Paul said the Jew was not cut off so that you might be saved, but rather the Jew was cut-off because of un-belief.

The Jew is yet to have his earthly kingdom here on earth. On an earth that will be re-furbished. They rejected their King, so God will give them David.

The Gentile will be the nursing father for the Jew. The Gentile will lick the dust from the feet of the Jew, and praise God for it.

That is why I presented six verses that attest to David being King again and then asked for a timeline.

Yes, the Lord is David's shepherd, but that doesn't preclude David from being Israel's shepherd. Remember, David was the shepherd boy.

Paul was telling them to not make the mistake of thinking that God had completely cut off his people after the flesh. A remnant will remain until the end

And it will be destroyed when Christ returns. Like I said your eschatology is horrible. Spending time learning who Christ really is what you really need to be doing

This is just appallingly bad. You really don't have any idea who Christ is

There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus. Galatians 3:28
And have put on the new man, which is renewed in knowledge after the image of him that created him: Where there is neither Greek nor Jew, circumcision nor uncircumcision, Barbarian, Scythian, bond nor free: but Christ is all, and in all. Colossians 3:10-11

Sorry you feel that way. I know my Lord is good, my Lord is righteous, and my Lord is truth.

Love you brother or sister.

I understand why you asked for a timeline, but there is nothing in scripture which truly attests to David being King again. Instead, it is the son of David, who will sit upon the throne of David, to whom the kingdom will ultimately be given.

Isa 9:6
For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.
Isa 9:7
Of the increase of his government and peace there shall be no end, upon the throne of David, and upon his kingdom, to order it, and to establish it with judgment and with justice from henceforth even for ever. The zeal of the LORD of hosts will perform this.

Luk 1:30
And the angel said unto her, Fear not, Mary: for thou hast found favour with God.
Luk 1:31
And, behold, thou shalt conceive in thy womb, and bring forth a son, and shalt call his name JESUS.
Luk 1:32
He shall be great, and shall be called the Son of the Highest: and the Lord God shall give unto him the throne of his father David:
Luk 1:33
And he shall reign over the house of Jacob for ever; and of his kingdom there shall be no end.
