One of the crimes and rightly deserved indictment, which has been thoroughly investigated, is prohibiting aid (stopping medical supplies and food etc., ) that is a war crime, collective punishment.
15 000 children dead and no they are not terrorists and neither are they human shields when they are killed directly by sniper's bullets.
Sadly this will probably accomplish little and will not stop the land grabs.
