What happens if some doesn't worship on the Sabbath?
God is Judge. Ask God.

1Jn 3:3 And every man that hath this hope in him purifieth himself, even as he is pure.
1Jn 3:4 Whosoever committeth sin transgresseth also the law: for sin is the transgression of the law.
1Jn 3:5 And ye know that he was manifested to take away our sins; and in him is no sin.
1Jn 3:6 Whosoever abideth in him sinneth not: whosoever sinneth hath not seen him, neither known him.

Jas 2:10 For whosoever shall keep the whole law, and yet offend in one point, he is guilty of all.
Jas 2:11 For he that said, Do not commit adultery, said also, Do not kill. Now if thou commit no adultery, yet if thou kill, thou art become a transgressor of the law.
Jas 2:12 So speak ye, and so do, as they that shall be judged by the law of liberty.

Act_2:38 Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.
Act_3:19 Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord;

Eph 2:8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:
Eph 2:9 Not of works, lest any man should boast.
Eph 2:10 For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.

i believe the same.... we can not do anything good ourselves. but by faith through the power of the Spirit we can do all things. Glory to God.
so can you or can you not obey the law? Do you believe you can walk in the Spirit?

I say yes by walking in the Spirit. By faith in the power of God.
Rom 8:4 That the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.
I obey the law when I am in the Spirit; that is, when Christ is living in and through me. I keep every law perfectly as Christ lives through me. I even keep them from the correct motivation as I have the mind of Christ.
Would that I could tell you my communion with Christ is unceasing, but it is not.

Sorry if it appears that way, can i ask you planly, should we obey the 4th commandment as God commanded us.
Exo 20:8 Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy.
Exo 20:9 Six days shalt thou labour, and do all thy work:
Exo 20:10 But the seventh day is the sabbath of the LORD thy God: in it thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, thy manservant, nor thy maidservant, nor thy cattle, nor thy stranger that is within thy gates:
Exo 20:11 For in six days the LORD made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is, and rested the seventh day: wherefore the LORD blessed the sabbath day, and hallowed it.
I'm not bothered by the accusation. I just thought you would like to know it was inaccurate.

Do I ask the Jewish God or the Christian God?

We should follow the intention of the law. When OT saints observed the 7th day Sabbath, they did so in faith given the revelation available at the time. Those under the law were obligated to a 7th day observance, and could not in faith observe it any other day. And on some level, they should have related it to salvation because God tied the observance to bringing Israel out of the bondage of Egypt. Israel, being a nation redeemed of God, should have related the Sabbath with salvation, and so to Messiah.
Today we have the full revelation of scripture. Someone who is spiritual should be able to understand that the things physically created teach about the invisible things of God. So what is God teaching in the creation of a Sabbath-rest? In connection to salvation, the rest is the cessation of works to reconcile ourselves to God. We are accepted in the beloved based on our relationship to Christ, and not on the basis of our relationship to the law.
Israel wasn't in relationship with God because they managed to escape Egypt. Or because they were such a wonderful nation. They were God's people because He chose them to set His affection upon. God could have chosen any people He wanted.
If it helps you to keep a Saturday Sabbath, and can't in faith do so another day, then by all means keep it that day. I personally find rest in Christ a constant reality that a day cannot contain. Why would I limit the grace of God and receive less of a blessing than what was intended in Christ who is grace upon grace to me?

i don't have any specific days of worship. i can worship on the 7th Day, The First day or any day as i feel the desire in my heart. so I'm not in a position to judge people based on what Day they worship on.
I thought that all Christians desire to worship on the Sabbath.

Worship is more than just go to church, singing, read bible etc. on a specific day. But its a moment where you feel the urge to seek Him and to worship Him from within i.e in the quiet presence of the Spirit.

If Christians didn't believe the Sabbath is on a specific day of the week, then why do so many Christians go to a worship service on a specific day of the week?

We are called to not forsake the assembling of ourselves...Hebrews 10:25. The gathering isn't to keep the Sabbath. It's to worship together.

I know the the 7th day Sabbath is on the the 7th day of the week. But there is No command under the New Covenant that this is a day of worship for Christians.

We are God's temple Now, so you worship Him anytime, anywhere etc. In His house.

But it's also good as a group to come together on whatever day to worship and to encourage one another.

The Sabbath is all about God and resting in Him. It's significant that God chose the 7th day and not any other day/number. Biblically in numerology number 7 means spiritual completeness. Externally God wants His children to rest from physical labor (but if your work involves helping someone thats different) but spiritually sabbath is resting in God everyday.

John 6:29

It is a well known fact that Christians assemble on the Sabbath.
