If it encouraged you and your dads faith that is great. It certialny made you think of Heaven. That what we want in christians films.
 
This is a documentary but i really encourage anyone to see this, it will strengthen your faith, and show you evidence from highly educated people that the flood did happen worldwide etc.

That's cool!

I bought some portable models at radio shack before they went out of business; rebranded Grundigs, Sangeans, etc. That was the only way to get uncensored news before the internet became popular. You could get very good reception with a spool of solid copper wire for a booster antenna. My Dad built ham radios and I had a friend who introduced me to shortwaves.

How did you get into shortwave?

Sorry. This is my brother again. I will start a profile for him today. Yes, he specializes in Dxing, but he likes radios in general. Your dad-building radios is pretty awesome. My brother is not there yet, but he likes building and improving antennas. Sangeans and C. Crane radios seem to be his favourites, though he has scanners and weather band radios, too.
