This guy is either trolling or has like a 60 IQ.Yes, it falls under flight. It is due to survival instincts.
He's blaming the woman for being raped and then he's trying to say he didn't in fact say what he said. I have screenshots

Sort of. You're "fleeing" by hoping to escape the threat through compliance. But compliance doesn't always work out how we hope, or how the aggressor says it will; does it?Yes, it falls under flight. It is due to survival instincts.

How terrible that must be for you.Irrelevant
I really have second hand embarrassment for you at this point.
Let me get out the crayons and explain it like I'm talking to a 5-year-old.How terrible that must be for you.

Yeah I think maybe somebody needs to get a mod. This guy needs to be banned.Yes. He is not answering questions at this point including what a person should do if the aggressor violently asks for lunch or iPhone.
And escape your pseudo-libertarian troll persona forever? I wonder if I could be so fortunate. This guy needs to be banned.
I think the point is that not all people who claim to be the victim are the victim. Women sleeping with blacks during Jim Crow would claim they were raped when found out. Potiphar's wife comes to mind as an example. I agree that she was not a co-conspirator of the assault, it was actually all her.Disagree. No victim of sex assault is a co-conspirator to the assault. You have shown the true colors of some (perhaps many) men, where they believe the victim is guilty/ caused the assault.
Scroll up and read. If not, I have the screenshots. He said the woman is a co-conspirator for not fighting back even if she's afraid for her life.I think the point is that not all people who claim to be the victim are the victim. You have shown your true colors in assuming that anyone claiming to be a victim is a victim.
This is a smart question to trap someone with; because there isn't a blanket answer. How a christian responds to an obviously poor person resorting to crime vs. a career criminal, vs. a lunch money bully is going to be different. He is not answering questions at this point including what a person should do if the aggressor violently asks for lunch or iPhone.
Yeah just like the woman being afraid of her rapist is different in my being afraid of a bully trying to steal my lunch money. This is a smart question to trap someone with; because there isn't a blanket answer. I was not replying to any of his posts, I was replying to the broad brush accusation that many men think the woman is guilty for the rape. What many men think is that women are often liars and no one should be convicted of a felony without adequate evidence. There are several rapes recorded in the Bible. Joseph's sister Dinah was forced, David's daughter was raped, the concubine of a levite was gang raped. But the Bible also makes it clear things are not always what they seem. Joseph is one example and Tamar is another.Scroll up and read. If not, I have the screenshots. He said the woman is a co-conspirator for not fighting back even if she's afraid for her life.
Then he said she's going to hell for being afraid of her rapist
I agree! It was Mediator that made that comparison; that's not my rabbit hole.Yeah just like the woman being afraid of her rapist is different in my being afraid of a bully trying to steal my lunch money.
Yes, false accusations do happen but that's not the conversation we're having. The conversation we're having is this guy is being a rape apologist and blaming the victim.I was not replying to any of his posts, I was replying to the broad brush accusation that many men think the woman is guilty for the rape. The law is also very clear, we do not blame victims.
But in an evil and adulterous age there is no reason to just assume the woman is telling the truth without proof.
A few years ago there was this #Believewomen. Sounded reasonable, until multiple women accused Biden and they were silent, multiple women accused Andrew Cuomo and they were silent. One woman makes a lame accusation of Kavanaugh without any shred of evidence, couldn't even tell us the day of the rape or the location of the rape and they are all jumping up and down that we need to believe women. No thanks. I'll believe physical evidence and eyewitnesses.

As I mentioned above, I was not comparing the impact but the logic of theft. Otherwise you would have failed to understand the logic. You still have not answered my question about what you would do...if someone points a gun at you for your lunch.I agree! It was Mediator that made that comparison; that's not my rabbit hole.
That "logic" does not work for me and probably most men. I used to wonder why I never experienced bullies in school and then as I thought about it I had run into at least four bullies. Every time I stood up for myself, refused to be intimidated and that was that. Every time the bully seems to have the advantage, they are bigger than you (3 out of the four times) or they outnumber you. Once it was two guys bigger than me threatening to steal my tennis racked. Another time it was one kid my size but with about four or five football players with him.So you are saying that the rape victim, or the person who had his lunch or expensive iPhone stolen, should instead choose death? I am not reducing rape to stolen lunch, just looking for an example with same logic, where someone takes something forcefully from you.

I had forgotten about these incidents because bullies wimp out real fast when you stand up to them and that is what happened in all four cases.
So this is a terrible analogy for men, we are taught to stand and fight, and of course the bully is always bigger, stronger, older or outnumbers you.
Women on the other hand are taught to take other precautions. Go places with a friend. My wife would call her mother every time she walked the two blocks from the bus to our house after work.
That's a false dichotomy, though. Simply accepting that you're going to be raped, so you might as well go along with it is absolutely crazy.Your example doesn't hold, in light of men getting raped in prison. At that stage, the man has to decide if he wants to be owned by one rapist who kind of protects him or be raped by multiple.
