Rubio's giving a good speech right now too, hints of the potential successor plotline, interesting too as ostensibly his rival JD Vance presiding over the swearing-in. Either way Rubio sounds like he will revitalize the Department of State one of the most important and presitigous positions, praise Jesus.

Rubio will be more interesting to deal with Cuba, Venezuela, and Panama I believe. The wars of the Old World are always intriguing and hot button issue, but I think Rubio will probably not be too dramatically different in the Old World diplomacy. Besides his racial background and personal family history of his family being exiles from Cuba, I think he will bring new dynamic to the Western Hemisphere diplomacy. Trump seems to be wanting to make real action in the Western Hemisphere that has often been a neglected part of US foreign policy. Trump has raised Western Hemisphere issues to the forefront lately touching from Greenland down to the Panama Canal, so besides just fun TV, I believe there will be more than a token effort, there will be tangible and significant efforts in the Western Hemisphere.

Well to amend my first post, we have reached the point that Trump has been President official for one full day and thus both won the campaign and also survived to ascend the chair and indeed the OP jacko correctly predicted the big win.
