Yes it is quite ironic that people are highly outraged over a cop being beaten, as they should be and yet completely silent about the rights of the accused being violated. It has been proven already that the Federal government had access to exonerating video evidence and withheld this from the defense attorneys. A clear violation of the law.

As I understand it what we have seen happen was definitely the intended result.
''The Patriot Act, , it's a national security law that permits the federal government - the executive branch, in particular - broader discretion in operating against the nation's enemies (jihadist Muslims, primarily) domestically.''
Has it exceeded this intent? Yes, enslaved by their own leftist ideology to target and label Christian parents at school board meetings wanting to know what their children are being taught) as ''domestic terrorists''. That would be a classic example of exceeding it's original intent.

Senator Josh Hawley has dealt with Chris Wray and Mayorkus' denials forever. Till now.

On the beating of the cop. Was that done by one of those President Trump has not pardoned? I would hope so. But, interesting that Biden DIDN'T grant pardon to unarmed Ashli Babbot's killer. Nor the Capitol Police who were inviting the crowd into the Capitol. Hope you didn't miss that one.

Yes, and I believe many misunderstood the original intent, they wanted an excuse to spy and surveil Americans because they knew the things they were doing would stir up many whistleblowers. You can't be free to break the law unless you can keep the whistleblowers under control. It is part of a globalist move to get a one world government and to do that they knew Christians would be the only ones with any backbone to stand against them and so many of the outrageous things were done to simply make a list of these Christians. When they shut down all the churches during the pandemic services were held on Facebook and the government got a list of every member. So yes, Christians have always been the target.

Signed by a flaming RINO, G. Bush. And as I understand it has far exceeded its orig intent.
Well I guess if you don't want to be suspected of terrorism, don't storm a government building and try to violently stop a government proceeding

''Storm''? Was there guns in the hands of these ''terrorists''? Apparently, you DID miss the video displaying the Capitol Police inviting the citizenry in? On illegal acts, yes, reason should prevail.

There are at least four people on this board regularly that have acknowledged that they were at J6
I am one of those people but I did not go to the Capital building. I had been out by the Whitehouse since 5am. My plan was to come back in the evening for a candlelight vigil. When I returned to my hotel everyone was circled around the TV, I didn't realize they were looking at the very start of the event. By the time I got to my room I could hear the sirens from all the police cars in the city screaming. My phone then began to blow up from my family. I was the last to know what was going on.
