Some of you are totally missing the point. You don’t never ever argue with the police. If you disagree, follow our directions and make your complaints afterwards. If that’s too difficult you’re actually a person we will bring in and press charges against if the DA finds sufficient evidence to prosecute. Why’s that so hard for some of you to understand?

I'm curious what you think of 1st amendment auditors. Probably not a big fan?

Have to say that I’m extremely disappointed with this pardoning of thugs and villains attacking police officers.

You can’t make this up.

What’s next? Pardoning every street thug if he (or she) can produce a MAGA cap out of their looting bags?

2-5 for assaulting a cop. Time served. Which is more than what happened for the "summer of love" crowd.

Unless you're a liberal activist...

Can't stand those guys. They just want attention
I can understand why you feel this way based on some of them. If you want to see an auditor that I have a tremendous amount of respect for and doesn't act like a fool, check out Long Island Audit on YouTube. His demeanor is ideal in how one should conduct an audit or even to exercise your rights.

I think there is incredible utility in auditing those who have been given certain powers/duties... especially when there are a multitude of cases with video footages showing the abuse of power.

Person deliberately acts suspicious in person... Cop investigates......
Everyone..... OMG, bleepng pigs, stop harassing people!

Suspicious guy does something horrendous in public

Everyone... Omg... Why didn't the police do anything?

Can't stand these guys.
It takes a special kind of narcissist to go out deliberately looking for interactions with law enforcement so you can get views on your channel

I understand your perspective. People will often call 9-1-1 because some guys with cameras are recording... Meanwhile, the public buildings and private buildings all around them are recording them but it's only a problem when citizens do it? "Suspicious" is not a misdemeanor or a felony and is not enough to legally require I.D.

Then the cops come to respond to the call/investigate and overstep their authority by demanding I.D. from the auditor. They are certainly allowed to ask for I.D. but not demand unless they have "reasonable articulable suspicion" (RAS). The people who are paid to enforce our laws don't even know the laws they are supposed to enforce.

It's not even all on the cops either. The public is either not informed or misinformed about the law as well. There is no expectation of privacy in public. I get that it could be annoying to some random person recording you in public, but what I don't understand is why they claim they are in fear of someone recording them, yet they run up to the camera and start picking a fight with the auditor. If I don't want to be on someone's camera in public, I'm going to kindly get out of the area... We don't get to break the law or take anyone's rights away simply because we are uncomfortable.

"Great minds talk about the abstract, average minds talk about events, small minds talk about people."
A rant like this appears small minded.
No one can offend verbally anyone unless they want to be offended.
Why would you want act offended?:)

There’s no excuse for attacking law enforcement officers. Such people are no better than those of various anarchic groups.

Who would like to be living in a society where the thugs are allowed to attack the police? It’s like inside out and upside down.

If my advanced age allows me to work for the Houston police department again when I get back from the navy, I’d really like to invite you to a full day from roll call to roll call. I think you’ll get a grip on how 2-5 is not necessarily enough.

You mean like BLM? Were you outraged when they only got fines and the VP helped raise money for their release?

I don't envy their job. But that isn't the point. The "summer of love" crowd beat cops with frozen water bottles and batteries and whatever they could get their hands on. In fact they were caught taking items out of vans to beat cops with. How much time did they do? Did anyone get time for CHAZ , a young man died because police were blocked out. Anyone know how much time they got? Harris was getting them bailed out as fast as they went in. 2-5 is what's in place now and that's what we go by.

Let me see if I understand. You are outraged because someone is being released from prison after 4 years for assault?

Why is this outrageous? Is the person they assaulted in a wheelchair? Is this their third felony conviction for assault?

I googled how much someone would get for a first time conviction for assault and it said 1 year. So, I get that 4 years might not be enough under certain circumstances, so enlighten us why in this particular case you feel that 4 years is not enough. Thanks.

And it's the left, woke nonsense that has led to this. They portray law enforcement as a racist, unfair group. And the vast majority of the media plays right along with it.

Now the demographic that DESERVES the vast majority of arrests.......Is now the demographic that believes law enforcement DESERVES a beat down when arrested.
