Also for your information, drug related commercials are banned in Europe which is a free region, compared to Putin's Russia.
They do this to protect the overall mood or "mental health" of the population by not blasting them with a deadly disease while they're eating lunch or dinner.

But in our case here in good ol US of A, simply by staying at 'don't ask don't tell' would have been nice. But it's too late for that now.
