I haven't watched a lot of football for several years and it didn't seem like it would be a good game so I changed it to Jurassic world when it came on but it wasn't any good either. It is an agency that is under the auspices of the Executive branch and the Judge ruled the President can not execute any oversight for 30 months.

The article breaks down each program that has been halted by this administration and how much is spent directly on food purchases.

Because regardless of the judge orders, the farmers are not getting the money from the government.

Same with many other programs that are supposedly still supposed to be funded
