I also agree that it is confusing. Perhaps they have simply pulled the plug on renewing it. If Whoopi and Joy are no longer on the show it is hard to see how they would still have a show.

I started to respond and erased it when I changed my mind. I just ran out of white out I guess.
There have been articles and news reports about the view show. I don't think I ever listened through more than 10 minutes of it.
The sassy red head one was said that she tried to leave the country. I had my doubts that tsa would hold her.
It's just hard to believe some of the stories that Whoopi and the others put out. Then I'm finding that stories about the show are hard to believe too.
Then I ask myself,........why should I care? I can only remember one episode where an actor made a decent monologue worth listening to. Maybe I can remember his name.

Again, I think it would be fantastic if that scourge was gone, but it does NOT appear to be true at all right now.

I was watching the thread to see who would look it up first and you win. I've never watch The View I stopped the TV on it once and thought I don't think so and changed the channel.
This doesn't seem to be a reliable source.
1.) No one has ever heard of this news site.
2.) The article didn't explain where their info came from... no links or corroboration.
3.) None of the big news sites are reporting this, and it would be a big story.

Interesting at the same time that Trump wants to do something about Fake news fake stories like this are pumped out. With AI it is very easy to create all kinds of fake news and push it up with views and likes. I think the ability to be deceptive has just increased 10 fold.
On the contrary I think this thread is very important and it is foolish to delete it. We are not party to this, we have exposed this. We have been told that AI will put fake news on steroids and this is simply an example. Also, I think we should all be educated that the AI is picking topics that MAGA is going to love and embrace to help get the support for more stringent controls of fake news, ie government censorship. If we delete this thread we fall directly into their trap. Was this story fake? Yes. Was it news? Yes. The news is that fake news is now on steroids, buckle up because if possible they will deceive the elect.
Then every remark you made regarding fake news is invalid because you are defending fake news posting is a way to fight censorship.

That is vague, show me the post that you find offensive. I did not know this was fake when I posted it, but I think it is instructive to realize how deceptive news is becoming.
I don't find my remarks vague. They address the particulars of this fake news thread.
Now,you are defending your OP. A post that makes some very specific claim about a TV show being cancelled. And refers to 30+ defamation lawsuits as cause for it being cancelled.
The mistake I made was responding to a fake news OP that has no source link. That is a red flag I ignored. Because that is the first sign of a "news" piece not to be trusted.
