Hello brother. I have similar situation. Stay away from soda and pasta. No salt. Sugar is the main culprit. My Nurse practitioner advice for me. Im now stable. It takes discipline. Take care.

Yes we are heirs to the Kingdom when we are in agape with Him! So I pray that the Father will touch your body and restore the normal. Father do this so that all the credit goes to You. Touch our brother and make Him whole! Amen.
I was diabetic and had high cholesterol, the doc was going to put me on meds, but I said no give me 3 months. Change your diet and exercise and it will go the other way. Loose some weight. I tell you it worked for me in a meaningful way.
Doctors prescribed me Gemfibrizol 600mg twice a day for about 6 months to a year and my cholesterol got to healthy levels. The thing is you got to take it a half hour to an hour before your first and last meals of each day.
