Obediance and not making mistakes?

Thats the difference between Jesus and you?

You make mistakes but He didnt?
We all you and me both can walk in obedience. I believe that God is able and you do not. that is the difference between you and me.

People like to quote 1 John out of context to try and prove that no one can be without sin any time of the day.

"If we say that we have no sin, we are deceiving ourselves and the truth is not in us.

"John tells us about these people:"No one who ABIDES in Him sins; no one who sins has seen Him or knows Him.

Little children, make sure no one deceives you; the one who practices righteousness is righteous, just as He is righteous; the one who practices sin is of the devil; for the devil has sinned from the beginning.

"The sinning advocates of 1 John 1:8 proved to themselves that they do not ABIDE in Christ.

SALVATION IS A SPIRITUAL JOURNEY

The true gospel of Jesus Christ teaches that salvation is a process that includes ceasing from sin. Therefore, people who think a "believer" can continue to willfully disobey God and still inherit eternal life have been deceived into believing a false gospel.

Saved? Much of the confusion that Satan has spread comes through those who twist the meaning of the words "saved"* or "salvation". The Greek word "sozo" implies saving from danger and represents the act or activity of saving someone, as in "rescue".

From the experiences of the ancient Israelites, we can learn about the true meaning of the words "saved" and "salvation". When Pharaoh was about to destroy the Israelites, Moses said to them:

"Fear ye not, stand still and see the SALVATION of the Lord." Exodus 14:13

When they crossed the Red Sea they were "saved", but they were still a long way from receiving their promised inheritance in the land of Canaan. The word "saved" does not always mean "granted eternal life".

Can you answer the questions please?

Did your definition of 'mistakes' change from accidental sins to.....being a little forgetful?

And....is that the only difference between you and Christ?.....that he didnt forget stuff? Is that what makes someone perfect...?

Are we back to you claiming we can be totally sinless?

I said:

Ok we're finally getting to the meat of the issue.

Mistakes meaning accidental sins?

Right?
And you replied:

4runner in his first reply said:
Yes. We are able to live without making them, yet if we do we can be forgiven. 1st John 2:1
Then a few posts later you quoted the same thing and said:

4runner in his second reply said:
No mistakes like taking a left when you should have went right, or forgetting to get milk when your at the store ect....
So you DID change your mind didnt you?

From agreeing that mistakes means accidental sin to saying no its forgetting stuff.

Ok, I'll rephrase. You claim being perfect is being obediant to the law and not forgetting anything (making mistakes). Is this correct or not?

Back to believing? I never stopped believing that.
So you can be totally sinless and still make mistakes right?

Or is it...you can still commit accidental sins?

You post the answers to different questions as if they were the same question. You said ''are accednetal sin mistake, and i said ''Yes.

you said can we live without making Mistake'' I said ''We are able to live without making them, yet if we do we can be forgiven. 1st John 2:1''

you then said does that make you perfect, and Said no it makes you sinless perfect manes to never go left when you should go right ect..

Then you splice the answers as if there was some contradiction when there was not.

You are playing games, and i will not go along with it any longer.
