You sure it's your heart and not inflammation of your chest walls. See a doctor soon
How is it by now?it might be gassy bubbles in my chest. Happens like once or twice a year, since I was three years old.
How is it by now?
Exhaustion can be a symptom of heart issues. It actually stopped a little bit ago. I just have a lot of pressure and what I call burn out brain at the moment.
Maybe like a few days ago, I stayed up for two days straight, after working for 9 days in a row on music socials, music platforms, a new website I opened to the public this morning and a new 35 track album that I am not sure when I’m going to release yet.
i’m exhausted and I just don’t want to do anything. I can barely think right now.

There's a portable EKG called Kardia Mobile. Maybe check it out.
Sending prayers. Keep us updated.
Well, I just got out of a relationship. Maybe I’m heart broken? I can’t tell.
I’ll look it up now though. I can always go to the urgent care down the street.
Will do.
Do you have something for indigestion? A bit over a week ago, I had a chest pain and low blood pressure. I went to hospital for a few days. I had a mild heart attack. It's not something to take lightly. So if the pain persists, seek medical help. Not sure if it needs prayer but its been having repeated pain, the last half hour or so.

I did eat fast food today for the first time in a while, so maybe that is it? Not sure.
Fast food is dry from frying and contains a whole lot of MSG. That causes dehydration and thick blood.
Fish oil/ Omega 3 fatty acid is shown to decrease inflammation.
It sounds like you suspect that meal triggered the symptoms. I'm not saying to seek medical advice or not. I'm not offering advice.
Just saying that I have decreased inflammation, stress and thinned my blood with fish oil, magnesium and lots of water.
There are many other things I've done, but your needs may vary.
Stress is another thing that you mentioned. That uses up nutrients in the body faster than most anything.
I just recently was sent a short video from one of my teachers, the honorable Dr Jennifer Daniels. Maybe this will encourage you about the other challenge some.
