I should watch the documentary Back to Eden.
I have eaten 30-40 species of wild mushrooms in the last two years. Wood nettle is excellent as a green.
I have the book Back to Eden which I didn't order off amazon because they purposely didn't reprint the whole book.
That's a superfood.
That's really impressive that you familiarized yourself with so many varieties. I'm just a newbie that stays with a couple easy to ID without confusing look alikes.

Man I love Paul G!! He’s the reason I started gardening. I love how he parallels it with scripture.
I probably watched this half a dozen times. Glad he encouraged you to get into growing food. If you have access to mulch, it's the best way to go IMHO.
Do you use that method?
