Recently, The Lord has shown me how much His heart hurts for all of the innocent Palestinian and Israeli children that are caught up in this horrific war. The Lord has made it clear he wants me to go to the middle east, into a war zone, to bring the love and light of our Heavenly Father to these children. I am a musician and plan to spread the Love of The Lord through music, art, and other healing modalities. I have never been on a mission trip, I am unsure of who to connect with at this point, so please pray that The Lord brings the right men and women into this mission to help get me over there!! Also prayers for spiritual and physical protection for the Palestinian and Israeli children and for myself. I would love to chat with anyone who has done mission works in war zones in the middle east to help me prepare in all respects. Thank you and Praise The Lord!!!

You will have to wait until the war is over. There are no Palestinians. There never has been a state of Palestine. I've followed the war closely since the 7th October attack on Israel. The parents of the children you want to help danced in the streets to celebrate the murder and rape of innocent Israelis. The same children are programmed to hate Israel from virtually the time they can talk. Their UN funded schools are incubators of hatred and violence against Israel.

I'm not saying not to go. I just want you to know what you will be getting into. You need to be prepared to die at the hands of Hamas, who still rules Gaza. More likely, they will kidnap you and try to swap you for a few hundred terrorists.

There are some Christians in Gaza. I don't know how you could contact them. There is not much infrastructure left. I also can't see Israel letting you cross into Gaza. I could be wrong, but you want to make sure first. You could try contacting the "Baptist World Alliance". They may be able to help.

Gaza is not a typical war zone. In normal military conflict, there are some rules of engagement. Neutral civilians trying to help have some protections. Not so in Gaza. Hamas is among the most extreme Muslim groups. Their former commander stated publicly that he welcomed civilian casualties as a propaganda victory. He stated that was why Hamas fighters used human shields. And he was correct. The Western world blamed Israel, in spite of that admission.

If you believe God has called you, He will make a way. God will use whoever is willing. I have been able to evangelize but that part of my life has stopped, at least for now. My sister went to Africa on a missions trip.We are all called to go. When calls us, He's prepares us, He makes a way and He will keep us. I'm not sure of how to go about getting there. Perhaps look into volunteering, like with Franklin Graham type groups. Maybe that would help you get your foot in the door. Pray for understanding. It is a very difficult situation. But God can certainly use someone with a heart like yours. Blessings.

Not quite. Believing God has called you is not the same as being called. I do not have an opinion one way or another. I do have some idea of the difficulties. They may evaporate once Israel has crushed Hamas completely. Israel may welcome some outside help. I'm not sure that singing and art will overcome the trauma of decades of war, murder, rape and hatred, but what do I know.

Not all that long ago, a young zealous believer wanted to witness to a tribe that has no contact with the outside world. The government of the country has outlawed any contact. They live on an island, so its not so easy. The young man decided to break the law to visit the tribe in order to evangelise them. The tribesmen killed him.

Breaking the law is not what God would want in that situation I believe. The thing is, we are all called. There are great missionaries who won many to the Lord. So as I said, the OP should do their best to prepare until God opens the right door.
