Hello,

I recently had a cancer scare. By God's grace I seem to be fine but I do have a less urgent weight on my heart and I would like to ask for prayers. I am still single and not getting any younger. If possible I would like to meet a woman and get married. Can you please pray that I find someone soon.

Praying............

Very glad to hear that you are fine, PTL :)(y)(y)

Blessings to you in Christ!! (Numbers 6:24-26)

~Deuteronomy (David)
p.s. - you might consider what Psalm 37:4 has to say (see below), as it is a wonderful command with a wonderful promise from God attached to it. Just be careful to understand our half, the command half of the verse correctly, because if you don't, you may turn God into something that He is not/never will be, a Cosmic Sugar-Daddy.

I know this may sound a bit weird, but the key to obeying this command is to always focus on delighting yourself in Him, NEVER on the things that you think that you want from Him. Put another way, do not try to establish a quid pro quo with our loving, Heavenly Abba, because our relationship with Him is not, cannot, & will not be based on that, or anything like it (on a quid pro quo, that is).

"Delight yourself in the Lord, and He will
give you the desires of your heart"

Psalm 37:4

will pray. here are some reminders for you: Psalm 55:22- "cast thy burden upon the Lord....." John 16:13, Jeremiah 33:3. Ecclesiastes 8:5 teaches, "a wise man's heart discerneth both time & judgement".
