The biggest problem is the "Power" the Republicans have and soon will have more.

The problem is NOT the axiom of "power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely". Because it's not true.

The truth is that "power attracts the corruptible and the corrupted".

And that happening as we speak. DC is not full of "true believers" it's full of people who would sell out their mother for a few Facebook likes....actual money being a foregone conclusion for the sale.

Question is: Are there enough people who believe that some of the graft needs to be cut so there is more to take later?

I think it is very dangerous to not take the President of the US seriously.

When people told the Lord "Hey we were only joking" His response was that we would have to give account of every idle word we have spoken.

Matthew 12:36 But I say unto you, That every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgment. 37 For by thy words thou shalt be justified, and by thy words thou shalt be condemned.

I am not the judge, so I don't know the full story behind this. What I do know is that the Bible is the truth and Trump will have to give an account of that picture on judgment day.

I couldn't just merely laugh... oh no... the very concept of Trump having absolute authority over his own personal city-state and the thought of how he could and probably would use that power leads to all manner of amusement. He'd be excommunicating the Democrats, insisting that the world trade with his Trump-vatican currency, and sending out the papal clown armies to conquer Europe.

Yes... the Border charade was the DS's PLAN for invasion....

Ya, I get it...
IMHO... we're going to have a hard time decoupling our normal logic based upon our historic understanding of 'corrupt lying Politicians.'...
My thought process is that Trump over the past Three elections and Congressional Elections that he has made a concerted effort to 'Primary' anyone and everyone who was a SWAMP creature to include RINOs...
We can see that he learned a lot from his first Administration picks to his second... He hand picked no-nonsense folks, many were not even in Politics who genuinely demonstrated the 'Make America Great Again' montra...
Trump was interviewed many years ago by Barbra Walters - who asked him if he would ever consider running for President... He waived it off as not a reality, but rebutted - that if he were ever to run for President - he would do it in such a way to (test) determine who was Loyal (to him/America) versus those who were purely in it for their own nefarious self serving benefits...
