Luke 4 verses 18-19 The Spirit of the Lord is on Me, because He has anointed Me to preach good news to the poor. He has sent Me to proclaim liberty to the captives and recovery of sight to the blind, to release the oppressed, 19to proclaim the year of the Lord’s favor.

I believed God existed. I hadn't believed into the Lord Jesus Christ. I knew things about God, but I didn't know Him personally and intimately.
This is the crux of it.

How could you believe God existed when we are all totally and completely against God?

You got a reprieve from your depravity?

You are not special. The Lord Jesus Christ tore the veil for ALL, not just for you.

Revelation 3 verse 8; Luke 13 verse 24 ~ Behold, I have placed before you an open door, which no one can shut. Make every effort to enter through the narrow door. For many, I tell you, will try to enter and will not be able.

Mark 2 verse 10 (Luke 5 verse 24, Matthew 9 verse 6) Mark 2 verse 17 (Luke 5 verse 32, Matthew 9 verse 13) Acts 3 verses 19-20 The Son of Man has authority on earth to forgive sins. “I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners.” WHO ARE THE RIGHTEOUS? THERE ARE NONE! NO, NOT ONE. Repent, then, and turn back, so that your sins may be wiped away, that times of refreshing may come from the presence of the Lord. All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to Me. Matthew 28 verse 18

Romans 1 teaches that all men know of God through creation. Ecclesiastes 3 teaches that all men know about God through conscience.

It is clearly taught in scripture that mankind can know of the existence of God without knowing Him intimately.

What do you make of those spoken of in Matthew 7:21-23?

Bear in mind Cameron believes he was regenerated before he believed so that he could believe.

I understand that you are reconciling 2 independent truths that don't require reconciling.
There is one truth, although salvation only requires understanding the kerygmatic part.
However, obeying 1Pet. 3:15 involves being able to explain the whole enchilada, ideally.

Heh, just as we keep in mind that you believe someone who is inherently hostile in their mind toward God,
and believes the gospel message to be foolishness, will decide of their own make-believe so-called "free will"
to accept what Scripture says they can neither receive nor comprehend, while they are suppressing the truth
in unrighteousness, a lover of darkness, a slave to sin etc etc, especially because Jesus (do you know Who Jesus
is? Supernatural intervention which you pooh pooh is required for that) says salvation is impossible with man.

"Free will" in the Bible? ~ Freedom is something believers are called to (Galatians 5 verse 13). We need Jesus to “set us free” (Galatians 5 verse 1). If Jesus has not freed us from the bondage of sin, then we are still slaves to sin (Romans 6 verses 6-7). Freedom is found in the presence of the Spirit (2 Corinthians 3 verse 17). Only Jesus can give us true freedom (John 8 verse 36). Only through His lovingkindness can we truly make choices unfettered by a nature that is inherently hostile toward God.

Exactly. He sends His Son to be Savior of the world. Why can men not understand this truth?

BOOM. You Can't.

Sure, but none of that requires 2 independent truths being reconciled that need no reconciliation.

I never said they didn't understand the gospel. I've only ever said it is foolishness to them.

Now can you answer my question?
