too soon to judge, the graphs are still not breaking a downward trend. The news this week was certainly very encouraging to the stock market, but there is also the threat that Russia, Iran and China will not go quietly into that good night. Gold has still greatly outperformed the S&P 500 since December. Unless we get a reversal of that it tells me all I need to know about what real investors are thinking.

Well, it didn't take Donald long to pivot from graciousness toward Joe Biden to conspiracy theory and accusations. And once again his ignorance is on full display.

Virtually every news agency, and Urologist agrees there’s no conceivable way Biden could have gotten prostate cancer that is so advanced it has spread to his bones in the past 100. - 200 days.
He very likely has had it, and knew about it, for at least 5 years. This guy has gotten some of the best healthcare and checkups on the planet.

I think we have already established it is useless trying to reason with RA about anything related to Trump. I think it is obvious Biden knew about the cancer before running for president. The Democrats didn't care because if he can get elected they would simply install Harris if he died. Removing him had nothing to do with discovering he had terminal cancer because if that were the case they would have revealed that and saved themselves the utter embarrassment from the way they handled it. I don't have an issue with them keeping this secret from the US people since it could be seen as a matter of national security. However, for him to run again knowing he had what might be terminal cancer, that is outrageous and that should have been revealed during the campaign. Also, revealing it now is clearly an attempt to get other news off the front page. There is no reason to do that unless he were checking into the hospital for surgery and so it was impossible to hide the fact that he had cancer.

A little hypothetical news fantasy for our favorite news RP thread. What election night 2028 would look like based on the current frontrunners of both parties in the political science polling and such, JD Vance vs AOC. Hosted by an editted or AI Jake Tapper just for good measure of the memes alluding to other smaller news of the recent past. The results are based however on the current opinion polling and political science data, so kinda interesting. So I guess bad news if you seriously think Trump is going to be a dictator for better or worse, you're wrong again. Good news however is by all legitimacy and democracy it looks like a major Vanceslide is coming that's even bigger than Trump's recent victory, remember to praise Jesus.
