What's wrong with that boy!?
Pencils aren't guns for shooting...
they're knives for stabbing

They've always been used to stab
 what's next? Schools are going to ban pencils because the stabbing could hurt people?
Oh wait! They already have started doing away with pencils; I mean why do kids need to learn to write/ They can just type everything.

No, they don't need to learn to write so they can sign their name; they can just scribble a pen across a tablet or wiggle their fingers across a mouse and call it their signature.

Okay, this is really turned into a funny/not funny theme here...
trying to step off the soap box here

These guys are pretty good actors in these roles. The first person who came to mind when you said that was G Gordon Liddy. He has a running joke and a pretty good sense of humor on his talk show. He would often brag how "the Govt taught him 10 ways to kill a man with a pencil. "
It's not funny in writing, but the way he said it and context made me laugh more than once. Maybe that has something to do with being an improvised weapons instructor.
The head of my school when I was coming through the ranks looked a lot like Liddy. He even had a similar voice.

I have two similar experiences.
The first was in first grade so it's kind of vague. I was sitting on the floor with a freshly sharpened pencil.
I think what happened was that kids were running around and bumped into me, stabbing me in the knee.
I also have the graphite mark ....hey!
I don't look at my knees that often.
It looks like that finally went away.
I guess when Mom kissed it back then, it really did make it better.
It just took a while. 😄
Well, I did get out my mirror and looked, and sure enough, the mark is still there!

Ugh, right in the knee must have hurt! Mine was just a flesh wound...

I think SCTV is from your side of the border. Those guys were in competition with SNL for the best comedy company. SNL started strong but SCTV sustained their overall better skits IMHO longer. My Acting teacher was a big fan.

Any Sarah O'Connor line? Or, did you have a particular line in mind? Did she say it during the scene the picture came from?

It has been many years since I saw any of those movies - and, have only ever seen the first two, I think...
