JUST IN: Supreme Court rules that parents are allowed to opt their children out of radical left-wing LGBTQ+ books.

Huge.

Ketanji Brown Jackson was not happy about the decision, claiming it was an "attack" on public education.

"Six to three today, in a justice decision by Justice Alito, they said these parents have earned at least a preliminary injunction," Fox News reported.

"So while this case plays out, they said the board has to notify them about a book that's in question or anything similar so that their kids can be excused if it's in conflict with their faith."

Supreme Court ruled that nationwide injunctions issued by activist judges likely exceed their authority, marking a significant victory for the Trump administration.

The 6-3 decision, led by Justice Clarence Thomas, states that such injunctions “undermine the proper functioning of the federal courts and the separation of powers,” as reported by SCOTUSblog and The Hill. This ruling could limit the ability of district courts to block Trump’s executive actions nationwide, addressing concerns raised in cases like Trump v. United States (2025).

The decision has been hailed as a “massive win” by supporters, potentially streamlining Trump’s agenda on issues like immigration and healthcare. Critics, however, argue it may hinder judicial oversight of executive overreach.
It's a shame that we have to put up at all with this activism wasting the time of the SCOTUS, let alone the admin, lower courts and all of us.

There seems sufficient basis back in law let alone pursuant to Biblical Law if that was still any type of considered standard, that under certain conditions baseless accusations/lawsuits would result in penalties against the plaintiff.

None of it seems that serious anymore. There are just too many playing games and wasting our resources and time without consequence.

I think Ketanji is right with one small correction. It isn't an attack on public education, it is an attack on public indoctrination.

President Trump is claiming a massive victory today after a wave of Supreme Court rulings cleared the path for several key America First policies to move forward.

The Court’s decisions now allow Trump to:

– End birthright citizenship
– Cut off funding to sanctuary cities
– Halt refugee resettlement programs
– Freeze wasteful federal spending
– Block taxpayer funding for gender transition surgeries
– And ensure parents can opt their kids out of far-left LGBTQ+ curriculum in public schools

Trump says these wins mark the beginning of reversing years of activist rulings that blocked his agenda nationwide.

Former FDA Commissioner Scott Gottlieb warns that RFK Jr’s upcoming autism report will link aluminum in vaccines to autism and trigger a legal firestorm.

He says the claim could open Pandora’s box by unleashing a wave of lawsuits through the Vaccine Injury Compensation Program.

Gottlieb believes the fallout could be severe enough to force vaccine makers out of the market entirely.
