An animal rescuer, popular on social media, has died by suicide. Mikayla Raines founded Save a Fox and garnered more than 2 million subscribers on YouTube with her activism. Her husband, Ethan, let her community know in a tearful Instagram video. Despite her work rescuing foxes from fur farms, her husband says she was subject to bullying online. Mikayla Raines was 29. What a shame those identifying as "Christian" here have no compassion so to write something in sympathy for this loss.

You don't have to know who she is. She died. And left a daughter behind.

What a shame,the indifference here. All but two of you should be embarrassed for not caring one bit.

Yeah. I wasn't familiar with her but I saw this on Reddit recently.
I can't imagine why anyone would want to bully such a kind-hearted lady

I can relate to the family's tragedy. I've done animal rescues and seen multiple attempts at suicide.
A life of a woman in my family was saved by my Dad. He had a big heart, clear mind and big courage. There aught to be a movie made about him.
Had someone called the police, she sadly would have been shot or shot herself. Because of his selfless rescue all by himself, nobody was hurt.

That attempt was not a response to bullies though, but to the antidepressant her Dr prescribed.
I'm against both the bullies and the psychiatrists' treatments.
That is a common theme when it comes to commonly prescribed psychiatric drugs. The internet is a dangerous place for many since anyone on earth can have access to other people.

Death of a parent or child is devastating. The way they die can compound that grief exponentially. It's complicated, but I'm glad nobody else here has experienced a bully or murderer taking their family's lives.

I will say a prayer for the rescuer's family. She had a lot of love in her heart.

That...... sounds like something a bully would say. 🤔

Nevertheless, yes the loss is sad. I will pray for the family.
