Time will tell.
It has already been over 2000 years later
They still reject Jesus.
Romans 11:25

"For I would not, brethren, that ye should be ignorant of this mystery, lest ye should be wise in your own conceits; that blindness in part is happened to Israel, until the fullness of the Gentiles be come in."
✝ Romans 11:26

"And so all Israel shall be saved: as it is written, There shall come out of Zion the Deliverer, and shall turn away ungodliness from Jacob: "
✝ Romans 11:27

"For this is my covenant unto them, when I shall take away their sins."

And Jesus said in Matthew 23:39

"For I say unto you, Ye shall not see me henceforth, till ye shall say, Blessed is he that cometh in the name of the Lord."

For me this verse are clear!

If I may add on to this saints posting....notice that this is in the physical not spiritual. A physical Jerusalem.
Many or perhaps all the people before 1948 would not even dream of Israel becoming a state. Especially in one day.
Anti semitisim was even taught in churches with great zeal. Yet God's appointed time had come to pass.
Yes indeed! Imagine the faith the people before 1948 had who believed it will be fulfilled literally? Goes to show you, no matter how impossible the circumstances may seem, God's word will never return empty, it will accomplish its purpose. Hallelujah

Yes its clear. No debate, no mystery. The only debate comes from the people who refuse to accept what the Bible teaches for some reason or the other. It has nothing to do with race or racism, it has to do with God being faithful to His word

You don't know the history of that time. World powers were working very hard to make it a reality. It was a colonial project of the British Empire in order to gain a foothold in the mideast to bulwark their defense of the Suez Canal, which was critical for trade with their colony of India. There was nothing miraculous about it. It was world politics as usual.

What we refuse to accept are carnal interpretations of the bible. The bible is a spiritual book for a spiritual people

Jesus is the word. People refuse to accept what Jesus teaches.
Say isn't that what the Jews did?

So respecting your viewpoint as some others have also you are still waiting for the regathering of Israel. Discrediting the one day event entirely which was I believe a key factor to point to the working of the Lord?
Let's look at this from both sides. So how do you view the regathering to happen?

The new earth.
The saved nations.
And there is more than one.

I agree. But spiritual does not mean never happens.

There are lots of symbols in the Bible, like the dreams Joseph had, or the revelation John had, most of the symbols are interpreted within the book themselves.

If that were so then man would never come to the realization that he is in need of a savior in my opinion.
Jesus said that he tells us of earthly thing but we cannot understand how are we to understand spiritual or heavenly things?
The father tells us his ways are far above our ways.

How can God be your Father? Tell us?

God watches over Israel and He extends that care toward you. Where depression and loneliness are pandemic in the rest of the world, Isreal is relatively happy and 'at peace.'
