I think the standard definition of an internet troll is someone who intentionally tries to provoke conflict (for example using names like cult, Hitler, Nazi, orange julius, etc. Someone who tries to upset others or cause drama by posting inflammatory, offensive or irrelevant content. They throw around insults like stupid, moron, etc. They bring in fake news that is inflammatory accusing people of crimes they have not been convicted of or even charged with. A lot of time it is simply an attempt to hijack a thread with irrelevant content, banal, boring, or tangential comments.
Then Elijah would be considered a troll by that definition. Telling the priests of Baal that their god was possibly still asleep, or relieving himself, was definitely fake news and certainly inflammatory. Lol. But I still hold they deserved it - actually much worse, for their rejection of the truth.

It seems to my casual observation that you go looking for dirt on Trump and find what you want to find.
i read the news maybe once every 2-3 weeks, and when i find something ironic, something i know you and your bros will avoid mention of, i am compelled to put it.

because it needs to be said.

the difference is that i know what he is, and a lot of people are blind to it.

he is a vain, sinful, unbelieving, fallible, power-hungry, senile old man with an awful lot of slyness and worldly know-how. who has made merchandise of the church.

who am i talking about?

not Jesus. and that's the sum total of the entire problem with this entire section. it is not about Christ, at all. not even 0.01%

then being a troll ain't the insult some have intended the accusation to be.

Truth is a bitter pill for most these days, they like the comfort of the delusion of winning.

And where exactly are we told to that our mission as Christians is to speak evil of dignitaries? We are not. We are however told to pray for those who are leaders.

The irony in the leftist’s lack of awareness is always funny and never fails.

Look leftists, it is true that “troll” is a term which is used to dismiss good arguments today.
But when you lead with “the earth is flat” or “Trump’s assassination attempt didn’t happen” or “nukes are fake” or “the holocaust didn’t happen” then you’re trolling intentionally or unintentionally and you have destabilized any serious conversations that could have happened.

Makes sense? Or is this too confusing to comprehend?

I don't think this is winning, on the contrary I think we are finally having accountability for losing, at least for the Department of Education

Supreme Court green-lights Trump administration's Education Department layoffs

In my opinion they have overseen the biggest catastrophe in education, taking the US from #1 to #38, and when you look at Return on Investment we are clearly the worst education system in the world.

uh huh probably with zero oversight or direction or funding each state will become magically #1

because this is giving up on math altogether, from someone who barely passed school himself.

he's just pretending this pays for his tax breaks on the ultra rich, and you are swallowimg it.

With their oversight we went from first to worst, cut em loose and let's see what happens. How humiliating if you are right and each state does become #1.

Kellyanne Conway, who served as Trump's campaign manager and became a senior adviser to the president after he took office called their form of lies “alternative facts”.😂

Have a read about Elijah's life in 1 Kings 17 - 19, and 2 Kings 1 - 2, and you will hopefully be in a position to answer your own question. :)
No, the question was based on your post, are you comparing yourself to Elijah? Elijah was not a coward, so answer the question.

Sure Elijah might have trolled the priests of Jezebel by the modern understanding of trolling, but it wasn't for just the sake of trolling so in a weirdly technical sense he also might not fit the modern definition of trolling either. Elijah had an actual point, and not even one of the priests of the false gods escaped Elijah's point either when it was proven their gods were false and his God was true, praise Jesus.

After all is it really trash talking if you back it up? More like truth telling.
