How am I supposed to navigate a separation my marriage where my wife is not a believer and I am now
God's will is restoration when you do a study on the topic.
The Bible tells us that it will likely cause adultery to occur.
At the time of stress and pain, most people will choose a verse that tells them what they want to hear.
After regrets, and time passes, sometimes it's too late to reconcile because there's a marriage by one of the spouses. That is considered adultery by God and carries judgement.
In my observations, most people disregard what the Bible says to do whatever they want.
It sounds from your question that perhaps you are an exception and realize that God knows best.
I suggest that you get a highlighter and a journal to take notes.
Prayerfully read the gospels and then the Epistles highlighting verses and writing the references down with notes on the lessons on marriage.
By the end of the study, you'll hopefully have a much better understanding on the appropriate course of action.
Lastly, I was given some good news years ago. It sounds like you could use some right now.
