Christ was crucified. It does matter that He was crucified, and it just happens to be so that He died in Jerusalem almost 2000 years ago. As for spiritual harlotry, it was produced by the Filioque clause added to the Western (Frankish/Charlemagne, etc.) confession of faith of the popes of Rome since 1014 AD, and perhaps a good majority or large minority of Protestant denominations keep this Filioque tradition of men unaltered and unrepented of.

All jokes aside, there really has to be something more important for you to obsess over than whether or not the Holy Spirit precedes from the Father alone or the Father and the Son doesnt it? Beside they are all the same right....3 are 1 and stuff????
