I wouldn't say The deep state is, but is the NFL? Quite possibly, bigger ratings with KC and Philly winning the past few years because of the whole Kelce-Swift Paradox.
Remember as much as we all love sports and have our teams that we root for, at the end of the day all of the professional leagues are businesses run by greedy people. They will always have the "biggest draw" be at the forefront for the win, because it draws more money.
But, what do I know? We play a silly 3-down game up north, that nobody really wants to watch. I truly have no idea how the CFL still functions as a league.
Ultimately the question is whether or not there is rigging in the NFL and I have no doubt there is. There are absurd amounts of money involved; so, I don't see why there wouldn't be. Not long ago- Idk if it was last season, or the year before (because the NFL could die tomorrow and I wouldn't care) there was a huge public reaction against NFL referees and all the mainstream media was like "HOW DARE YOU ALL QUESTION THE INTEGRITY OF THE REFEREES!!!!"
And I just laughed because I have been treating the NFL like it was the WWF for 15 years. Then you watch the few players that express that they are offended by that suggestion- and it's like; Shut up guy, not only do you play a recreational sport for a living and get paid an absurd amount to do so... you also expect me to care about your feelings and opinions?

I suppose the other part of the question- if we assume there is rigging in the NFL- is "Is the NFL tied to the DS"?
I have no doubt about that either. Leading up to the 2020 election and during the Biden presidency, players helped exaggerate racism and sex discrimination in the United States WAY out of proportion. We had young people in western NY going around talking like there were still a bunch of cotton plantations that needed to be liberated in the south. The players taking-a-knee during the national anthem was an obvious public demoralization effort aimed at US nationalism. The only way it could have been more obvious is if they started shouting "death to America!"
