It is important/well worth keeping up with all the shenanigans. However, i see it all as just theatre, major world events have seemed contrived rather than of natural origin for many years to me.
Did accept the possibility Putin might be what he says on the tin, his speeches at the Valdai Discussion Club are very unusual for a world leader. He's extremely intelligent too, a lot of truthers thought he was a good guy and could save the world. However, the fact he's been in power over 20 years with just one break, suggested to me the string pullers are pretty happy he's there. The guy who used to do 4 hour phonathons with ordinary people, is now cracking down on the freedoms of Russians and signed up to the digital id rollout.
The whole world lies in the evil one, any other theory contradicts the Bible.
That's my understanding now, i was terrified for the future of my children because i knew we couldn't sort it out. It's wonderful to now know the LORD will at the perfect moment, my daughter realises what's happening is exceptional.
However, one can lead a horse to the trough..... but even my baby is well over 30 now, they must sort out their relationship with the LORD.
Doesn't terrify me, the evil one is simply a pawn on God's chessboard. The only ones who have to worry about that are those who reject Jesus Christ as their savior and the main reason people repent for rejecting Jesus is because the whole world lies in the evil one and one day they realize that.
Each person must make a decision for themselves whether or not to receive Jesus. We can't save people, we can preach to them and pray for them. One thing we can pray is that they would see first hand that the whole world lies in the evil one as they make a decision whether or not to receive Jesus Christ as savior. Let's see how many will then repent.
I have friends who experience Holy Spirit power and anointing as we pray, and see miracles, Divine encounters, etc. , yet they have NO hunger for the things of G-d and when the scripture that He is coming for those who are watching is mentioned all I see are deer in the headlight expression's.
Faith requires action, so many are as Jesus said, "They will have an outward form of Godliness denying the power".
Jesus was asked why He spoke in parables to the masses and plainly to the disciples , responding how it was given to them to understand the things of the Lord, indicating to me the masses might have been saved though they had an outward form yet His Own who walk in relationship are saved AND privy to greater understanding and walk in Him.
Is this the source of those who failed to be taken in the rapture and must grow more before being taken in subsequent raptures?

i've been aware weird pooh was going down for over 40 years but still had there must be a God moments, when out walking/running somewhere really beautiful etc. However, March last year, i just quit chain smoking, occasional binge drinking and believed in the Lord.
It was strange but felt so good and right, it also lifted a huge weight from me. Knowing God was in control removed my fears for my children, i so hope they'll make the right choice but it's theirs to make.
That's such a lovely comment friend, i do see it as He loves/delights in HIS creations too. I also see him as supplying the cherry on top for us too, He created us to learn and grow in understanding, so we can genuinely delight in, love and respect him as our adored Dad.
We also know that this time, no evil will interfere with whatever his intentions for our future are. Nor will we ever question anything he says but i do think he'll allow us considerable choice, it just won't ever cause harm again. Hope that makes some sense.
Why did you make your choice? You can pray the Lord gives them the same insight and you can share your testimony with them
It was weird ZNP, will sound weird too. I wasn't anti-God or anything like that, just hadn't thought about spiritual matters much for years. Suddenly, i found when chatting to someone in a queue, on a bus, about nefarious hidden hand doings online, you name it, they'd turn out to be a Christian. We'd have an interesting discussion, they'd suggest good sites, videos etc for me to investigate and i was hooked.
My elder children have responsible, involving jobs, my daughter and eldest son are high end managers, so free time is at a premium for them. My youngest son suffers from Asperger's Syndrome, sometimes we can have a great, spiritual chat, other times he doesn't want to know. Think there's a good chance my daughter might turn to the LORD, she knows what's happening is exceptional and that there's evil behind it. The UK is so much smaller than the US, people do seem to experience more negative affects than countries with less dense population centres. Hope that makes some sense.

Russia is simply correcting the soviet communists' mistakes of giving parts of Russia to Ukraine. Lenin put Novorossiya under Ukraine's administrative control in the 1920s and Kruschev (sp?) did the same with Crimea in 1954. So essentially Russia is recovering lands that are historically theirs
