Best way is to live the faith. Then others who hunger and thirst for righteousness will see Christ in you and be drawn to him
I would add to that, when a person sees you living a life that is different because of Christ in you, they will usually begin asking questions. Then you have an opening to share the faith of Jesus Christ. If someone does not know you well, to see the difference, it is usually unfruitful to jump in with “Have you been 'born again'?”

Why do you think, Jesus had the disciples wait? Read from Acts 1 through Pentecost and see it still happening daily as in John 3 tells us about the wind (Holy Spirit). be available for God to use you and speak truth though you Luke 21:14-15

go out on the streets and hand out tracts. the first one is the hardest. after that it's really cool.
it is the best way to get the gospel to as many as possible as quickly as possible, and then if you do follow up with some or all if you have time, that can also help. maybe invite them to church, or just to an event that your church does. those can be very profitable, say, a guys campout, and you invite him, and if he comes, it is likely that he will, probably not accept christ then, but have a better chance of going to church. but it's all in God's hands, he decides if the fruit happens now or in 20 years. many people remember, or dont remember, how many years ago, one random guy told them abut christ and years later, it just clicked. but none of tis is for sure your thing, just something that works to get the gospel out there.

You might want to check with the closest child you know they are more computer savvy than we are. They might just know what to do.
Ah bless your heart. That desire comes from Him. But we don't. Take Billy Graham.. did you know before he ever got lets say noticed he had already been preaching 10years. He was told about the number of people that come get saved ..you know the statistics. He said I don't think God looks at it like that. He said he wants that person not only to come get saved but live a life for Christ. Something you don't hear when "some" talk about him.
See its not you its Him. We just share what He has done in our life's .. share He loves us died for us.. so forth and don't look back for you know that you know that you know that seed He planted through you will grow. Maybe be right then or 10years from now but it will grow. Its all Him. Trust Him.. have faith in Him no matter what you see what you do.. know its Him.
Its like the song.. your in heaven and maybe thinking you never see one person saved. Yet Him standing with you ... says look...for great is your reward. So many people standing there. Its the little things we do. Its not up front watching numbers...its the little things. So relax have faith....you pray you seek Him stay in His word KNOWING no matter what you see or feel He is working!
Also people who have a lot of need seem to be more responsive to the hope of the gospel
