Is God's Word restricted by only what is originally written down? Do You Believe God's Word is infallible?

Of course God's word is infallible, but I am unable to vote because you restrict the word of God to only that which is written down. There are many prophets in the Bible mentioned whose prophecies are never written down.

The Bible says Jesus is THE Word of God. If God tells me to move to Brazil, that is the word of God to me.

And not everything written in extant Bibles is definitely GW verbatim.
We do not even have the original manuscripts, for which the dictation theory is more plausible.
Even if we had a dictated Scripture, there would still be the problem of human fallible interpretation.
But yes, of course GW is inerrant/righteous.

I wouldn't say God is restricted. However, we're restricted by what He's revealed in His word. The reason for this is fairly simple. If everyone goes around saying "I have a revelation from God," then you have chaos and disorder. Who has the true revelations? Who do you believe? Of course there's a fair amount of chaos now because everyone has their own "revelations" about what God's word means, but at least there's a standard that sincere truth seekers can turn to and find truth.

Everybody receives true revelations from God.

I agree with the part of everyone having conflicting interpretations in what God's Word means. According to the Word this is because the devil is currently deceiving everyone.
Revelation 12:9 And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.

You ask two questions but the poll only ask for opinion on the second one. In the first question are you meaning continuing revelation similar to Montanism, Oneness Pentecostal ect. where the Lord is directly continuing prophecy through his disciples?

God still reveals His plans to man. My wife and I were called into 2 different ministries. That's personal revelation.
EVERY christian has personal revelation if they grow in Him.
