You can look at her website. She does not at all present herself as doing women's ministry. Rather, she is presented as one of the world's leading practical Bible teachers, as an ordained minister, and former assistant pastor of a church, and it says she currently does the preaching in church on Sundays at a certain church.
So don't deny reality -- she does teach and have authority over men in the church, period. And that's unbiblical. (And yah she's had some pretty questionable teaching -- I can post an audio here if you like).
Women who want to "preach" could do a whole lot more good by preaching these womanly things to other women, like Paul suggested they do (as AnandaHya quoted):
4 that they admonish the young women to love their husbands, to love their children, 5 to be discreet, chaste, homemakers, good, obedient to their own husbands, that the word of God may not be blasphemed.
I saw Joyce Meyer on TV a couple weeks ago, and I tell you the truth, this was definitely not the direction of her teaching. In fact it was very much the opposite direction. Anywayz.
